Was up too early for breakfaast as we were catching an early flight from Bristol Airport. We had a meal the night before - we ordered a plate of mac cheese, which was huge and very dry, unfortunately.
The room was a good size and clean.
The staff, as always, very friendly and efficient.

We booked a triple premium however they are not the pet friendly rooms, there is no option on hotels.com to book a pet friendly room. Thank goodness they had one available for us to move into, albeit a smaller double room with a laminated floor was the difference. The hotel is lovely, friendly staff and the food very good

The room was tidy. The staff were pleasant. It did the job that was needed. We would have liked more sugar, milk and teabags. We had enough for one cup of tea each. Although we could have asked for more, who wants to go and do that. Just have enough there already. Breakfast was fine although it took a while to be served.
