Another pleasant Stay great staff nice food plenty of Parking and Wi-Fi is good phone signal not so good and breakfast starts at seven, which is a good thing

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. If we were told before we would have chosen a different dining location. My daughter and I are allergic to oils and asked for a plain salad with 2 boiled eggs and were told that they couldn't make it as the boiling process takes to long (!). Eventually we were served the salad with 2 slices of frozen avocado and payed £15 each for that! Just as crazy as it sounds. Both the guys (both uncooperative) at the restaurant did not even informed us that there were unseasoned plain veggies available, which we learned as we saw other's dishes passing by. When we asked for a portion of that, it was 8:36 p.m., we were told that the kitchen was closed and that they would have just served desserts from that moment on. Unbelievable, the kitchen was shut but not for desserts. Despite such bad experience in the evening, the morning staff was very kind and breakfast variety was very satisfying.

View is great from the restaurant and rooms are very clean

Breakfast great, check in took a while as they were all busy doing other things. No fault of their own but maybe hire a few more staff to cope

Nice clean room, tv in room signal not good at times, staff friendly , good choice of food available both evening meal and breakfast. A small hiccup with food order in the evening but rectified when paid for.

Only a one night stay before flying out of Bristol Airport. Very welcoming, excellent evening meal, very comfortable room. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but I’m sure that would have been good too! Very convenient for the airport.

As someone who travels frequently for work and stays in a wide range of hotels, it takes a lot for a place to truly stand out, but this was an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. Every member of staff I interacted with was polite, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel effortless. The room itself exceeded expectations, spotlessly clean, well organised, and surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic little find and will certainly be returning on future trips.

Room was warm and comfortable with a good view, staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights while sightseeing, food was good

My sister and I stayed at the Sidcott Arms on a return journey from Bristol Airport. Considering the price of the room, it was good value for money. We had difficulty with the wifi initially which was resolved by staff. Air conditioning was noisy and there were a few cobwebs dotted around the tired looking room. The sheets and towels were clean/comfortable and food was satisfactory. All the staff we met were polite, helpful and had a sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. All-in-all, a comfortable stay and we would stay again.

Room was large and clean, dog goodies were a noce touch too. The hotel itself was in a great position with great views of the surrounding area from the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and both were ver well presented and full of flavour. We shall be returning soon👍

The refurbished bar / restaurant is much better. Food is great and breakfast was good but my wife loved the fruit pancakes
