체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 편했다. 침대가 불편하다고 많은 사람들이 남겼는데 나쁘지 않았다. 소음도 심하다고 했는데 방음이 안되는건 사실이였으나 매너없는 이웃은 없었음. 밤엔 매우 조용했음. 시내와도 그렇게 멀지 않고 가성비는 좋은편.

관리인이 있는 호텔이 아니고, 조그만 원룸 (studio)라 반듯이 도착전에 현관 출입문 비밀번호와 들어가서 자기 방의 키 보관한 비밀번호를 반듯이 미리 받아가야 합니다. 예약 후 예약사이트나, 아프트 주인과 연락을 하여 출입 비밀번호를 알고 가야 합니다.(저는 받지 못하고 도착하였음) 일단 들어가면 내부공간은 콘도처럼 음식등을 해먹을 수 있고 비교적 깨끗합니다. 저는 저녁 늦게 도착하였는데, 아파트 안으로 들어갈수 없어 무지 고생하였습니다. 예약메일에 있는 사무실 전화번호는 한참 후에야 자동응답이 나오는데 이때 mobile phone 번호가 나오고, 이 전화도 한참 기달려야지 받습니다. 인내를 갖고 기다리십시요.. 자기 핸드폰에서 꼭 영국내 전화 하는 방법을 아는 것도 매우 중요합니다. 이것만 주의하면 저렴한 가격에 비교적 편리한 위치의 숙박시설 입니다.

Such an easy trip and stay. Communication great, access to the apartment was easy. Free overnight parking. Lovely apartment

Easily accessed from Holland Park Tube Station, arrival was straight forward and as described. The room, unfortunately, was stiflingly hot as the blackout blinds had been left up all day (we were an evening arrival) with full sun shining in all day. However, the room was neat, tidy and clean, with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, great pillows, with a good night's sleep only spoilt by the heat and the noise from the occupants of the apartment above. However, that aside would definitely consider staying again.

Great location, good sized room, clean and with coffee machine

Very easy directions to access the apartment, location was stunning, clean and spacious room. Had a small problem with the shower drainage which was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I missed was a bedside lamp, although it is fitted with spotlights that illuminate both sides of the bed, but they were rather too bright if the partner was trying to sleep.

I was my second time in the hotel and at same Room, overlooking Holland park avenue, and the small garden opposite. The hotel is located close to the tube station, walking distance to Westfield in Shepherds bush. Would be great if windows were double glazing, however most of London hotels are not. Sure, I would stay there again.

We very much enjoyed staying here. Great location. Would stay again.

Facile a trouver et à rejoindre. Pratique pour se faire des petits repas. Salle de bain équipée shampoin, savon essuies.

It was my second stay at St James House in Holland Park. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well supplied, the neighbourhood is lovely with shops and easy access to the bus and Central subway line. Excellent value.

Great location and well-equipped. However, it is a small studio (and the bathroom is tiny!) but for one person or a couple it's fine. The only real drawback is that since it is on the lower ground floor, you can hear the underground, other residents and street noise. Would stay again but prefer an upper unit.

Location is the best • bed frame is a little higher than usual to allow under bed storage • mattress is on the hard side

save, practical and convenient

Great location!

We booked the accommodation for a short stay in London. It was convenient for both tube and buses into the city centre and had a great choice of eateries close by. It was easy to find and easy to access. All the pre-arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and was just what we needed for the stay. We had room 5 (ground floor) and the only negative points were that the bed was a very creaky and there was a lot of traffic noise. We fully appreciate that it’s a busy road in London and our home is in the Highlands of Scotland so everything is relative. In short. Great value for money and was all we needed for our stay

Couldn’t sleep any nights. No sound proofing. Can’t charge people for zero sleep due to noise within building. Anything but a refund is unacceptable.

Not paying for room where you can hear person next door snoring through walls. Zero sound barrier.

La ubicación, tiene de todo metro y tren. 2 minutos a pie Dos centros comerciales al lado del metro.Infinidad de comercios de ocio ,comida zona muy recomendable.Limpio y muy acogedor.

O quarto é abaixo do nível do solo. Não recebe ar a não ser por um barulhento exaustor. O colchão é horrível. Em vez de descansar sairá mais quebrado. A lavanderia funciona a base de moedas prepare uns bons pounds e cuidado com a cabeça. O banheiro é minúsculo. A única coisa boa é a localização.
