A truly lovely place to stay, moments away from Falmouth beach.
The staff were wonderful with reception team especially making you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. We were originally placed in an attic room but moved into another (as available) with grace and speed.
The hotel is full of nooks and crannies, the bar is impressively well stocked, the food really tasty - across the outlets - and the hydrotherapy session is not too be missed.
Genuinely a delight.

Stains on the sofa in the room. And on the carpet. Hard matteress. I had to ask for a topper to go on the bed.
No shower caps or cotton buds etc.
staff we ok but not really any charm about them. All seem quite young and not particularly engaging.

Beautifully situated next to the beach in Falmouth, although it is a shame that a large building obscures much of the sea view. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming.
The luxury suite with sundeck room was very nice and comfortable with a good shower, great bed and shower. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly.
We were dismayed to discover that the spa was not included and a further fee was required for access (the room was £320 for one night) we didn’t want to pay this so went to the heath club pool instead, which was awful. “Family swim” for list of the afternoon meant shrieking kids and splashing. The pool area was rather poorly maintained, with a missing ice bucket etc.
The breakfast selection was varied, but the eggs Benedict was rather sad, with a cold muffin and a tiny smear of hollandaise.
All in all, it’s good, but could be so much better and very expensive for what it is.

Was a bit disapointed when i booked a Luxuary king bed room with sundeck .on the photo it showed sun loungers and a bath in the bathroom but did'nt get either ,i asked at the reception to say have they put us in the wrong room but she said no that was right,i said its misleading and not what i was exspecting said they should change the photo and discription .apart from that everything else ok .

Room was beautiful and clean comfy beds and well ventilated. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great good choice of food although the full English did seem a little small . Lovely food in both restaurants with amazing views of the bay. Spa looked amazing didn’t use it as weather was so hot we went to the beach instead this time.

St. Michael's hotel and spa was very clean and beautiful inside. We had a lovely lunch and then went to look around the facilities. We were disappointed that the spa facilities were not included in the price of our stay. At £40 pp it was too expensive.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
The food at lunch and dinner was very nice but I was surprised that you had to pay extra for your vegetables. Normally they would be included in your meal.
Breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of choice.
Our room was disappointing because we were put in a separate house to the main hotel. It was an old building and our room had a cot in it that took up too much space and you couldn't move. We had to dismantle it ourselves. There wasn't much room. On one side of the bed at all so it was difficult to get in and out. The room was also cold and damp and it smelt damp. We had to put the heater on and as we did the TV and mirrors steamed up ! Our room phone didn't work and the radio didn't work. So we couldn't call reception to book a meal in the sink hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed for longer.. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the spa as we had such lovely weather and we’re enjoying the beach.

Overall good experience but after finding out the phone in the room did not work I went to the restaurant and paid for a room service order (just a pizza and fries) this was about 7-10. At 9pm the order had still not arrived so I went to ask at the restaurant. After checking with the kitchen The helpful member of staff informed me they will start it now and bring it to my room ASAP but they would remove the food charge. I got the food just after 9-30 and today my card has been charged for the food so as much as I know mistakes happen this feels like a bit of a mickey take.

fantastic stay. super friendly staff, stylish hotel. great to have a stage in the Gardens for the Shanty fedtival. Room with Sun deck was perfect. Ate at the bar in the evening - v tasty and also great breakfast . High end hotel with relaxed and friendly vibe .

St. Michaels hotel is pretty nice, staff were friendly. Due to schedule change I asked for one night extension which has been taken care. Unfortunately, it rained quite heavily during our stay, so we were unable to explore the surrounding areas entirely.
