진짜 별로. I found hair on my dish at breakfast and also room as well. All facilities are very old and there was no wifi in my room. The cleaning lady opened my room without any knock and didn’t say sorry. She said no problem, but I said it was a problem! 😂😂Never recommended! Not valuable!

Amazing location and easy to take no 14 bus into London within 20 min.
Good carpark, very clean and tidy rooms, bu t looking dated. Stayed with 3 adults and had plenty of space. Beds comfy.
We were "upgraded" but to a room next to lift and next to train line. Hotel undergoing major renovations so I guess option were limited. However, staff were amazing and really helpful. Would stay again but would wait until renovations are done and stay in building attached to stadium rather than the one next to the train line.

Once they complete their renovation efforts, I am sure the hotel will offer all it claims to. When we booked, we were unaware that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Although the hotel has tried to ensure it had all necessary facilities (bar, restaurant, etc.), I would at best call it so-so. The staff were all wonderful, no issues there, but the facilities where not what I would regards as being good - they were, simply Okay...

We only stayed for one night and overall had a pleasant stay, but there were a few things that future guests should be aware of.
The location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting Stamford Bridge. Even as someone who isn’t a Chelsea supporter, I enjoyed walking around the stadium. The outside of the complex is impressive, with plenty of Chelsea history, displays and photo opportunities. There was also a visible security presence throughout the area, which made us feel very safe during our stay.
However, the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, and this wasn’t made clear before we arrived. The main entrance and building shown in the booking photos were closed, so we had to check in through the Hotel at Chelsea Football Club entrance instead. Breakfast was served in the main building, but we had to walk over and use a side entrance to access it. The overall experience felt quite different from what we expected based on the listing.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortable. We also asked reception on our first evening for an extra pillow for the sofa bed. We were told someone would bring one up, but it never arrived.
We understand refurbishment has to happen from time to time, and this may also have affected the atmosphere inside the hotel. I just think guests should be made aware before booking if the main entrance, facilities and usual hotel experience are significantly affected.

Ok hotel. Intet fancy men det fungerer. På det første værelse fungerede aircon ikke så vi fik et andet lidt mindre værelse. Det var fint men dog mindre end det første. Lidt mærkeligt hotel opbygning og ældre dato men tæt på Fulham metro. Hvis man er Chelsea fan er det klart et hotel for det ligger klods op af stadion.

I stayed at the Stamford Bridge hotel last summer and was very impressed with the quality and atmosphere of the hotel. As a Chelsea fan myself, I was also very happy staying there too.
This summer as I wanted to stay there again, but following my recent visit, I was so disappointed that I will not go back.
No body advised me of the refurbishment that was underway. The staff didn’t seem to be able to answer my questions on several aspects of my stay and so many amenities were not available.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long while

We were there for our wedding with a number of other couples. The hotel was undergoing building work but really went out to highlight our wedding which wax so appreciated- the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious but we were moved due to issues in the room eg air con no working properly. I thought would highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed during one of the hottest days of the year and was given a room with a non‑functioning AC. I reported it immediately and was told maintenance would check it, but no one came. Even after reminding the front desk before leaving for the evening, there was still no update when I returned around midnight.The night staff said there was no maintenance available and offered either a fan or a move to a smaller room that didn’t match my booking. At nearly 1AM, exhausted and uncomfortable, I had no choice but to accept the fan.The “compensation” was a complimentary breakfast between 07:00–09:00 — not helpful after a sleepless, overheated night.I also tried contacting management afterwards, but received no response at all. Overall, very poor communication and an unacceptable experience.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Comfy bed in a big room with good sound proofing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices on the buffet, both hot and cold. Including stir fried rice, salad, grapefruit, very creamy scrambled eggs plus the usual items you'd expect.

I deeply regret staying at this hotel. The carpets in the room were extremely dirty and looked as if they had never been replaced or properly cleaned since the hotel first opened. The overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard.
The staff also seemed unhappy and unmotivated, making the service feel cold and unwelcoming. On top of that, the daily housekeeping was disappointing, as the bed covers were not changed during my stay.
After my stay, I developed a throat infection. I cannot say for certain that the hotel caused it, but the poor hygiene—especially the condition of the carpets—left me seriously concerned.
This hotel needs to improve its hygiene standards, replace the old carpets, and provide better staff training. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness.

The hotel was undergoing renovation which we were only informed of at check in. Really noisy from 8.am in the morning there was no proper hotel lobby so we had to walk through building side barriers and hoardings. For breakfast had to go outside and up through a fire staircase.
