웬만하면 이런거 후기 잘 안 남기는데 정말 최악이었어서 남깁니다. 빅토리아 코치역에서 가까운거, 다른 곳에 비해 방값이 싼거 외에는 장점이 하나도 없어요. 정말 낡았고 방음도 제대로 안 됩니다. 방에 수건도 안 갖다놓고 헤어 드라이기도 없어서 리셉션에 말씀을 드려서 받았어요. 화장실도 너무 불편했습니다. 좁은 세면대에서 간신히 씻었고 샤워부스도 좁고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있는 구조여서 불편했습니다. 그리고 뜨거운 물 나오려면 물 틀어놓고 5분 정도 기다려야해요;; 진짜 사서 고생했습니다. 여기 갈 바에 차라리 돈 더 주고 다른 곳 가는걸 적극 추천드립니다.

솔직히 위치빼고는 다 마음에 안듭니다. 이렇게 낡은 숙소는 처음인지라 바닥 카페트에 묻어있는 머리카락들이 양말에 묻어서 늘 찝찝했고, 화장실겸 샤워하는 배쓰룸은 정말 비좁더군요. 이불도 없어서 담요덥고 잤습니다. Honestly, it was awful without the location. there are quite old, everything is shabby... i had to see the dusty ground including some of hir, and mini toilet... even though i had to sleep with tough blanket.. if you inquire me about returning this hotel I would like to say “except location it was not good, you should consider it seriously.”

빅토리아역 부근이어서 위치는 아주 좋음. 아침식사는 주문제 이었지만 부족하여 더 달라고 해서 마음대로 먹어서 좋았음. 단점은 룸 바닥이 오래된것인지 아니면 시공을 부실하게 한것인지 모르지만 걸어다니면 빠꺽대고 바닥의 수평이 안맞고 경사져 있어 좀 이상했음.

Reception staff were friendly. Communal areas very shabby and dirty. Room was supposed to have climate control but only had 1 small fan. Sash window was broken so wouldn’t stay open (not good when on the 3rd floor in 30c heat!). Room was grubby, stains on bedding, walls and carpet. Only 1 pillow for the single bed and it was barely thicker than the pillowcase! Inside of shower and toilet were clean but rest of the bathroom dusty and grubby. Breakfast was very weird, dirty tables and sauce bottles. No menu and rude staff. All in all, not a great stay, defo would not return or recommend.

The room was clean and was ok for the night I stayed, although the door was a bit tricky to lock fully. What I didn't like was having to hand my room key over when I left the hotel. I disliked it even more when I came back to collect my key & I just said the room number and wasn't asked for my name to confirm if the key is actually mine. This posed a safety risk whereby someone could potentially say a room number and be given unauthorised access to a room.

Correct for the price

L hotel est bien situé et le personnel reste discret . Le petit déjeuner est plutôt simple mais le service est sympathique. Le prix de la chambre est élevé par rapport les prestations. . Les chambres sont propres les serviettes sont chargés tous les jours . Le seul problème se sont les escaliers il y a 4 étages pour les personnes à mobilité réduites il faut le signaler à la réservation car il y a des chambres au rdc . Une epicerie juste en face .

This is a typical, old hotel in very convenient location for Victoria station, bus station, Buckingham palace, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. No lifts and narrow staircase, as we expected. The hotel is being renovated and this impacts the maintenance and cleanliness. Our room was below street level, which made it quiet and cool during a heatwave. Bed was comfy and we slept soundly, with very little street noise. Bathroom was in need of some repair but it was suitable. The staff were excellent and helpful. Price was inexpensive for such a convenient location, reflecting the current condition of the premises.

O hotel é muito bem localizado mais é antigo estão passando por uma reforma nos colocaram em um quarto antigo e nós pedimos para trocar e eles prontamente nos trocaram e essa novo quarto estava muito bom tudo novo, se for no inverno ok verão é bem complicado pois não tem ar condicionado e é muito calor. 6,5/10

El personal fue muy amable y atento siempre,el vuelo nos lo cancelaron pero ellos nos buscaron otra habitacion y nos quedamos un dia mas.algunas habitaciones no estaban actualizadas pero por el precio y el lugar esta bastante bien. No hay ascensores y hay que subir escaleras pero la mayoria en el area son así, la dama de la cocina es exelente en servicio.

Firstly I can't fault the staff. They went above and beyond to help when we had issues beyond their control. Best thing about our stay. Unfortunately we had a number of issues, meaning that during our stay we slept in 2 different rooms. Broken TV. Blocked sink. Radiator stuck on (it was a sweltering day)-unable to open the window due to the noise outside. Missing clothes rail in wardrobe. Poor WiFi. Shower impossible to get a usable temperature. Fire control panel beeping outside our room 24 hours. Poor breakfast. Forgotten about at breakfast. Whilst the hotel is clearly undergoing some refurbishment, it'll be a long while before I'd dare stay again. Area wise it was extremely convenient for Victoria and some lovely shops just round the corner.

Building very run down inside and out, worn carpets held together with tape and paint on walls badly needed. Breakfast served in basement, you pass building materials in hallways as you go down. When there it is more like a hostel than a hotel. Room was small, en suite tiny. But on positive side, room was spotlessly clean as was bed which was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast food was ok once you came to terms with the surroundings. A budget hotel so expectations weren't high but it badly needs refurbished. Location is excellent, 10 minute walk from Victoria station and 20 minutes walk to Westminister. It did the job when all that was really needed was somewhere to sleep while doing touristy things in London.

Na segunda noite hospedado, encontramos um “bedbug” andando pela cama, mesmo com a equipe sendo bastante prestativa ao trocar os lençóis e aplicar produtos para dedetizar, porém o medo e receio de ter outros insetos não nos deixaram dormir direito, atrapalhando bastante nosso tempo de descanso para viagem. Além disso, o café da manha não era bom, tinha pouca opção e no predio não tinha estação de agua portável para beber.

Decent budget hotel in a great location, close to Victoria station, with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Externally the hotel looks nice with character. Typical of the properties in the area. Internally it looks a little tired, but there is clearly decorating and refurbishment works being carried out to address this. Check-in was excellent and staff were professional, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room looked like it had been decorated fairly recently, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fresh. The bathroom was in good condition, although there was a slight issue with the shower during my stay where the fixed mount shower head didn’t work but I was still able to use the second attachment so not a huge problem and I expect that will be fixed quickly. There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which wasn’t an issue for me, and there is a vending machine for snacks on the ground floor plus a room service delivery option provided by a partner company. A cooked breakfast plus cereals and toast is included in the room price, which is a bonus and was fine for me, but the limited choice won’t suit everyone. Overall I would say that this is a reasonably priced hotel in a very convenient Central London location, so fine for a short stay. I would stay again, but I have stayed in a number of similar but better hotels for less.

Hotellet ligger i centrala London och enkelt att ta sig till olika sevärdheter, man kan promenera till Buckingham Palace och Hyde Park.

Stayed here with 2 friends, we had a triple room, it was clean, but dated, tv didn't work, the bed was a bit lumpy, the shower head didn't fit in the holder and the food was meh. However the location was fabulous, the staff were lovely and we didn't go to London to hang around in the hotel. For the price will definitely stay again.

The rooms were in a very poor state, the bathroom was even worse and very dirty. Although the water is harder in London than other places in the uk, the shower head was so clogged up with limescale the water was only dribbling our of one hole, the tap was hanging off the sink and basically was not what you would expect from a hotel. I have personally seen better bathrooms in youth hostel’s. The room itself was disgraceful, with broken electric sockets and extension leads across the room. Huge cracks across the ceiling and dated wallpaper hanging off the walls. The breakfast was very poor, no choice and not a standard that could even been described as basic. I would never go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel its self was a little tired and worn in places but this is obviously reflected in the price. They staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Excellent location for exploring Westminster, Battersea and The South Bank, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was in a fabulous location. However, our room and bathroom were pretty dire…you get what you pay for! One night was ok, but that was enough! And breakfast…free or not was awful…
