I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I liked this hotel very much. firstly, room is small but very very clean and organized. Free wifi was also fast and useful. The location is clean and convenient to go anywhere (5 min walking distance to south Kensington station). A bottle of water is served every day and we had tea time using that water. No refrigerator. All the staff members were kind.

We like the small, quiet and friendly atmosphere of Sydney House. It has added so much to our London holiday. This has been our second visit and we hope to return .

Vi boede på hotellet en uge. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme hele tiden. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med bl.a. velsmagende surdejsbrød.

Terrible machine type noise kept us awake all night, was assured the manager would contact me to discuss. After sending 2 emails to the hotel, still had no response.

Hotel is less luxurious than the website promises and rather overpriced. The deluxe double room was tiny and the drainage in the bathroom was dodgy BUT the bed was v comfortable, delicious breakfast cooked to order and lovely staff.

This was an awesome place to stay. If you want to experience London from a local perspective Chelsea is a good area to stay and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly. I would stay again.

Excellent bed and pillows, a duvet each as requested. Coffee machine with milk frother and fresh milk a lovely surprise. Very friendly staff. Shower not the best.

Terrible experience check in disaster. Booked 4 rooms for my daughters wedding. On arrival the reception staff had no idea on the reservations.
The breakfast on the Sunday morning was a complete disaster waiting almost 50 minutes for a coffee and breakfast arrived after one hour after arriving at the dining room.
We had to constantly remind the waiter for milk for the coffee ,toast while other diners just left the dining room due to the chaos

The room was a bit small and we found ourselves having to rearrange chairs to move around. Otherwise very pleasant and convenient.
