Bed was a bit lumpy and the Duvet was very heavy, everything else was great

Situated in a beautiful town and with plenty of eateries nearby for both breakfast and evening meal (didn’t eat in hotel). Room ok, could have done with a bit of TLC in certain areas but spacious with a lovely view of the grounds. Beds far too hard for me but that’s obviously personal preference. Free parking a definite bonus. Overall a good experience and would definitely return.

Super convenient for Teddington, River walks and the station. Excellent faculties and grounds which is exceptional in London. And having access to the gym is brilliant.

Good quality hotel, excellent leisure facilities. Room quite small but comfortable.

Great staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. A few problems with fittings in the bathroom spoiled an otherwise excellent score.

We had a lovely weekend here with our 4-year-old. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, facilities to keep the little one entertained. Will come back

Very old and not so nicely maintened. Not worth for the money. Rock hard spring bed. Pillows not that great. TV position is awkward. Both beds are facing 90 degrees to the TV. Room thermostat keeps resetting to 19 degrees. Terrible! Breakfast was just ok. Water damage evidence in the walls and ceilings. Broken bathroom door.

Spa facilities were good but a bit small such as the mixed sauna and steam rooms. Parking was good to have without any fuss. Restaurants around area were nice. Resort grounds beautiful. Rooms were a bit dated but very clean. Staff all polite and helpful!

We were put in the annexe, something that should be advertised as this is misleading, you are not in the actual main building. Room was okay, however, no net curtain on the window so we couldn't open the curtains because the public using the gym and courts could see us getting changed etc. No privacy at all!!! Lift not working and so offered an unkept staff lift - no assistance offered for my luggage. Exceptionally small ,dated and tired looking room.. Noisy pipe works through the night- had a computer monitor sized tv! … not impressed. No shower option only rainfall which did not suit me - a regular shower is sufficient. I saw the breakfast being served and very glad I opted out - pale sausages and over dried scrambled egg. No love in cooking or presentation. If I were chef I would be embarrassed. The reputation of the venues leisure facilities drove the decision to stay. Interesting I had another night booked for a return travel leg which I hastily cancelled

The Lensbury is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle of the city but only a short train journey to Waterloo.. this is our second visit and won’t be our last.. slight issue with lack of air con but when mentioned at reception an extra fan and water for the room was provided so really can’t complain. Rooms are lovely and clean and the added coffee machine is a lovely bonus

Large hotel in a great location. Very dated and basic, but clean. The first room I was given was in a sperate building. I dragged my bags through the hotel and accross the carpark only to find someone was already in my room. I called reception in the hope that someone would bring me a key to an empty room. I booked because I wanted a swimming pool as I have a back injury, the swimming pool was closed for the week. The person at front desk was unhelpful and asked me to sort it out in the morning. The lift was not working and I had to use on the service one and had to find it on my own as was only said, "on the left". Rude and untrained staff that was clearly not professional and helpful, I left the premises without an answer hoping for a refund for 2 nights that I did not used. Terrible.
