더 노먼허스트 호텔

전반적으로 좋았다. 영국 고택을 호텔로 개조하여 운치도 있고 영국스러움도 느낄 수 있었다. 가족과 함께 여행을 간다면 한 번쯤 묵어도 좋을 듯 하다. 조용하고 가족적이었다.

정말 쾌적하고 좋아요. 공항에서도 가깜고 다만 메트로에선 좀 멀어요.

Have stayed here at Christmas for the last few years. The superior rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good beds and NO flashing lights on the smoke alarms, that can keep one awake. Great. I like this hotels' non fussiness. Hot water seems constant for the bath and shower. The outside is a little shabby to look at and needs a spruce up, but the view of the trees and greenery make up for that for me. The back rooms are also away from the road noise. I'd stay again. I haven't had breakfast there.

Rooms were discusting. There was a horrible smell in the room and corridors. We did not stay it was dirty.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Room was so appalling that I kept my slippers on every time I was in there and then threw them away before leaving. Carpet was stained and greasy, shower was a trickle that ran warm for a minute and then gave up and ran cold. The wallpaper is peeling off in strips and the walls are covered in mystery markings. I had booked for four nights in the middle of a stressful situation but should have booked only one so I could have left and found somewhere else.

Lovely overnight stay in a spacious room. Amir at reception was very nice.

Best thing about this hotel is Amir Hamza. He is the friendliest of the persons on the earth. His customer services skill were great. I had very late check in and he was worried because my arrival was around 10:30pm. Hamza called me to check if I was still coming. He showed me the room and facilities. It is a nice hotel with some good features. Some things can be improved however I cannot complain. I have rebooked here 3 times just based on service.

The staff were very polite. & helpful thankyou. The room seemed small but ok as only there for 1 night. I think the corridors need better floor covering - doesn't give a good appearance as it's dark/worn out.

Dirty room smellls of curry everything broken asboultely ratty dirty

The rooms were very tired and run down. Lots of mould in shower/grout. Torn fabric over chairs and headboard, tired furnishings. Poor heating arrangements, very cold. One end of the building stunk of cannabis, perhaps just a coincidence but smelled like smoking. Really disappointing stay.

parking easy. there are no options for evening meal or bar facilities at the hotel even though the sign states hotel and restaurant

We were able to check in early as we were heading into Manchester and wanted to leave the car there, which was great. The room was warm, cosy and clean. However there was no soap by the basin and no shower gel. I was concerned that the luggage stand has been placed directly infront of the fire exit. The light above the basin didn't work. Having no curtain at the bathroom window felt a bit odd, despite it having frosted glass! I only spotted the WiFi code - in a very small font on the key card, as we were leaving! Just thought I'd mention those few things that could have made the stay better.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a slight heating issue which they sorted very quickly. The hotel is clean, but a bit old fashioned in décor, the bathrooms are modern though. Breakfast is worth the extra. The free parking is a bonus.

Some rooms are outdated, heating is very hit & miss, parking is very tight. but staff are all friendly, and doing the best they can with what's to hand.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but it was clean and comfortable and in a good neighbourhood. There was plenty of car parking and there is a tram stop within 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast was in a large dining room on the ground floor. You need to have mobility to get to rooms on the upper floors.
