더 노먼허스트 호텔

전반적으로 좋았다. 영국 고택을 호텔로 개조하여 운치도 있고 영국스러움도 느낄 수 있었다. 가족과 함께 여행을 간다면 한 번쯤 묵어도 좋을 듯 하다. 조용하고 가족적이었다.

정말 쾌적하고 좋아요. 공항에서도 가깜고 다만 메트로에선 좀 멀어요.

Clean room. Lovely and big. Staff very friendly

Arrived 22:30 after an evening flight back from a city break. Told family room was unavailable due to water leak in ceiling, instead offered ‘superior room’ with mattress (mouldy) on floor for my teenage daughter. Whole place was frankly in poor state: pot holes in car park, breakfast room door handle missing, stained carpets. I have never paid for accommodation and then on viewing it, felt I’d rather leave and drive home, but that’s what we did.

Heating not properly working radiators need bleeding

Everything about the hotel was terrible. I cannot think of anything that would want us to stay there again. Room dirty and damp, had to run water for mins to get it hot.Carpet damp and dirty.

People are nice. Room was dated. Had to sleep for a night so was not fussed. Breakfast lady was amazing and ok food choices

Room was clean. Tea station and towels were well stocked. Arriving at 8:30pm. We had to wait a while for someone to come to the front desk.

Lovely area and staff ,rooms have everything you need just a little outdated but lovely stay

Had a nice quiet stay and everything I needed for the two nights stay. Thanks to the reception who was very helpful

Room was quite small and a lot of the amenities didn’t work. Shower was incredibly poor which took 15 minutes to heat up and TV didn’t get many channels which work. Ceiling and bathroom looked to be covered in mould and room needs some very needed TLC. Bedding was clean and there wasn’t any noise from traffic outside, although on a pretty busy road, but the walls are paper thin and can hear everything from rooms next door. Staff were very friendly. Scored as average as was a cheapish room and although less than expected, it had a clean bed.

Have stayed here at Christmas for the last few years. The superior rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good beds and NO flashing lights on the smoke alarms, that can keep one awake. Great. I like this hotels' non fussiness. Hot water seems constant for the bath and shower. The outside is a little shabby to look at and needs a spruce up, but the view of the trees and greenery make up for that for me. The back rooms are also away from the road noise. I'd stay again. I haven't had breakfast there.

Rooms were discusting. There was a horrible smell in the room and corridors. We did not stay it was dirty.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Room was so appalling that I kept my slippers on every time I was in there and then threw them away before leaving. Carpet was stained and greasy, shower was a trickle that ran warm for a minute and then gave up and ran cold. The wallpaper is peeling off in strips and the walls are covered in mystery markings. I had booked for four nights in the middle of a stressful situation but should have booked only one so I could have left and found somewhere else.

Lovely overnight stay in a spacious room. Amir at reception was very nice.

Best thing about this hotel is Amir Hamza. He is the friendliest of the persons on the earth. His customer services skill were great. I had very late check in and he was worried because my arrival was around 10:30pm. Hamza called me to check if I was still coming. He showed me the room and facilities. It is a nice hotel with some good features. Some things can be improved however I cannot complain. I have rebooked here 3 times just based on service.
