Very clean and tidy, staff were very friendly. It was my partners birthday and they provided a free massive balloon, a bottle of Prosecco and a bar of chocolate.

We had a great weekend stay at the Rathbone. The location was fabulous, being only a few minutes walk away from Oxford St and theatre land for the shows, and just around the corner from the hotel there are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet, with a super king bed, nice linens and fluffy towels, plus other nice furnishings and a good shower in the ensuite.
The room and hotel generally was well finished and maintained. Lobby, reception area, bar and dining areas all looked great with a classic Older London hotel look and opulent finishes.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and dealt with a minor issue of maintenance immediately.
Thanks for a lovely stay! We'll be back, if returning to the area.

Booked by my husband as a birthday surprise. A great hotel in a quiet part of Fitzrovia though walking distance to many bars and eateries.
The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming - both at the front desk, and at breakfast. The room was lovely with a super comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the Spanish options too.
All in all a brilliant stay. Will stay again for sure.

Nice, at the right price. Location can’t be faulted in the middle of magical Fitzrovia and on the edge of Soho. Lovely staff. Nice, small lounge area and bar at reception. The rooms are spotlessly clean, but dated, like a reminder of hotels from the 70s and 80s. My price was €160 for my night, which was acceptable - but if the price had been much higher I would have been less content. Would happily stay again at the right price point.

Flott hotell, med en fantastisk beliggenhet. Gå avstand til Oxford St. Ble oppgradert til et stort og pent rom. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Frokost var en skuffelse, definitivt ikke vært 15 £.

As our first time in London, we were lucky to have found this place! A great location near SOHO, so many food options in walking distance. Lots of cute shops and coffee shops just out the front door. The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The room was very clean and had cute antique touches. Will be back the next time we visit.

The hotel, room, and bathroom were all very modern with the latest fixtures and accoutrements. I loved the location of the hotel which was right in Central London. The rate was exceptionally good given the location and amenties!

Was a bit disappointed that there was scaffolding up at all the windows in our room as had paid extra for a suite. It is great that the bar stays open until 3 a.m. but unfortunately they had no room service for snacks available.
Room was very clean & good location.

I booked to stay here as I was attending an awards ceremony close by. The team were friendly, made me feel safe and the bed was super comfy. It was not a designer, high end brand but the place was clean, walkable from euston, I had everything I needed and without doubt I will stay again. Thank you so much.

Location is amazing. 6 min walk to soho..quick walk to tube. Lovely area for walking,.earing, having a pint etc. Staff super friendly. Rennovatuins goingnon but seems.as if it is almost done so just fyi on that but nothing we minded. Would stay again
