The staff was amazing. They were really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay. The staff at the reception were really caring and nice. Since there was construction work in front of the hotel and the taxis were not able to come close, the reception staff accompanied us to the taxi just to make sure we're safe and made it to the right cab.

This hotel located very urban area and easy to get the food, malls and other convinient materials. Only thing uncomfortable is traffic??
This is quite brand new hotel in Addis so I hope they might improve their service and materials more soon.
Internet : Of course the internet issues everywhere so sometimes conneted well but sometimes not.
Food : Not bad but the coffee is great.
Staff : Very friendly and nice.
Clean : Brand new so clean enough to stay.
Issues : the water sink is not really working well at the shower booth and the light was blinking after I turned off. Not reall matter but I hope they fix this as well.
Generally, I like this hotel and would like to stay again next time.
