This hotel located very urban area and easy to get the food, malls and other convinient materials. Only thing uncomfortable is traffic?? This is quite brand new hotel in Addis so I hope they might improve their service and materials more soon. Internet : Of course the internet issues everywhere so sometimes conneted well but sometimes not. Food : Not bad but the coffee is great. Staff : Very friendly and nice. Clean : Brand new so clean enough to stay. Issues : the water sink is not really working well at the shower booth and the light was blinking after I turned off. Not reall matter but I hope they fix this as well. Generally, I like this hotel and would like to stay again next time.

Solids BW property

I had a reservation and a room was not available at the time of check-in. I asked if my guest and I could each have a glass of wine for the inconvenience and to have something to drink while waiting for the room. Make a long story short, the hotel staff including the manager on duty did not accommodate the request. Personally, I believe a glass of wine is a reasonable ask for the inconvenience; however, the hotel staff thought differently. The unfortunate thing is the staff kept blowing me off. Simply unacceptable and unprofessional. Outside of this incident, the hotel was decent, overall.

I had a deeply unsettling experience at this hotel. Upon entering our room, we discovered a stranger inside due to a faulty gate partition, which was a major safety concern. When we contacted customer service, it took an unacceptable 40 minutes for them to respond, leaving us feeling neglected and unsafe. The lack of prompt action and poor security measures made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here until they address these critical issues.

It was an wonderful stay and staff are very nice stating from reception to gym to Resturant, very welcoming and cooperative and competent staffs to extend any king of support. The only thing is the hotel should be equipped with a color printer for any kind of printout.

All is fine. Only negative point is window isolation, you hear traffic / road work noise a bit.

Located on a busy street in Addis. It took a while for everything to quiet down. Rooms are ok but the bathrooms are really small.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa twice in the past six months for business trips, and both stays were excellent. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming — special thanks to Samri and Kidist for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, were delicious and fairly priced. A special thanks as well to Yerusalem for her fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Overall, everything seems intact and livable except air conditioning performance is weak. Rated moderately acceptable environment about 90% satisfaction.
