Overall, it was very pleasant staying. Room condition, food, swimming pool, and service quality was good enough. Pros: - Nice service, Decent facility condition including private beach, free breakfast, free wifi Cons: - Long distance from the airport, limited variety of food (& # of restaurant especially for guests with kids), slow wifi Additional info - Only one unpleasant experience was that the receptionist at Beach Bar & Grill was arrogant and unfriendly to us whenever he dealt with us. Except for him, all other staffs were pretty kind. I don't know the exact reason, but my guess is: 1) he is a natural-born unfriendly person, 2) he is a racist, 3) he had a bad day, 4) all of the previous reasons. I don't know his name but he looked like a gay with double block haircut. If a representative of the hotel read this review, please be aware of the situation, and take a proper action.

가족여행으로 간 샹그릴라 피지안은 정말 만족했습니다. 나디공항에서 한시간을 가야했지만 그만큼의 가치가 있습니다. 유료이지만 셔틀을 제공하며 셔틀도 매우 친절합니다. 리조트를 둘러싼 수영장,바다,골프장 모두 아름답습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 좋으며 음식도 맛있고 아이들을 위한 프로그램도 잘되어져 있습니다. 리조트가 커서 걸어다니기 힘들며, 군데군데 리노베이션 진행중이라 모두 끝나고 가면 아주 좋을것같습니다.

방과 호텔자체가 깨끗하고, 좋았습니다, 방도 넓고, 쾌적했습니다. 그리고, 애들과 함께 간다면, Village Tour가 생각보다 좋으니, 추천드립니다.

Its own private island and that its separate from the mainland and all the hustlers. Plenty of bars and realy friendly people on resort. Really really safe place for kids as well .

The staff are AMAZING. Fun, professional and always willing to help. The only thing we can fault was that if we wanted to snorkel we had to go to the opposite end of the resort to get the flippers. When you are staying at the Adult only wing that eats up your complimenty 1hr hire going backwards and forwards. Should be options up the REEF end. Apart from that we will be highly recommending Shangri la to gamily and friends.

I m not happy about my stay the room I book I didn’t got it an another room was given which smell very bad they didn’t allow my partner to be in hotel after 9pm .we got so frustrated so don’t kwn wat happened an they also took money from my card which I was not aware I saw in my app dan I inquired an thy said it will come back I came back to nz an call my bank thy said its was taken out an when I calling back dem to speak to the duty manager no response I was my money back stay was very bad very

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many Shangri-La hotels around the world—in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Sydney, and even in the fabled homeland of Tibet—and never have I been so thoroughly disappointed. Known for its refined luxury and impeccable service, the Shangri-La name has always set a high standard. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Shangri-La Yanuca Island in Fiji was nothing short of a catastrophe. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this property is in a state of severe decline. The hotel’s appearance was tired and run-down, lacking the elegance and attention to detail that one expects from a five-star establishment. The once-stunning facilities now appear dilapidated and neglected—a far cry from the sparkling image of luxury that the Shangri-La brand is renowned for. In its desperation to fill its hotel rooms, the property now offers an "all you can eat and drink" concept, resulting in both the pools and restaurants being overrun by rowdy and unruly alcohol-impaired Australian families. This shift in focus further erodes the refined atmosphere once synonymous with the Shangri-La brand. It is said that 'birds of a feather flock together' unless you want to mix with this type of holliday then better avoid this place.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar vom Essen bis über die Zimmer und den Mitarbeitern war alles toll. Und der Ausblick vom Balkon mit dem Sonnenuntergang war der Wahnsinn.

Loved staying here. The room was great and spacious. The air con was amazing! Little dated in the bathroom but would not deter me in staying again. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Service was fantastic. Great breakfast and food at the restaurants. Cocktails where great as well. We went in the off season so could imagine peak would be hard to get a spot around the pool. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay here again

Great resort and staff. Everyone was warm and friendly and the grounds are well kept, even if the overall property is a little dated. Great for kids as well.

Ein Paradies auf Erden – Traumhafter Aufenthalt auf einer idyllischen Halbinsel in Fidschi Service & Personal: Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit offenen Armen empfangen. Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich & aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Kulinarik: Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist fantastisch – von frischen Meeresfrüchten über internationale Küche gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Qualität der Zutaten und die liebevolle Zubereitung der Speisen. Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Langeweile kommt hier definitiv nicht auf! Es gibt zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten, angebotene Tagestouren zu einsamen Inseln, Dschungel-Expeditionen, Kajakfahren und Stand-up-Paddling. Besonders hat uns der Tagesauflug zur Beachcomber Island beeindruckt & das empfehlen wir klar weiter. Schnorcheln & Natur: Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum für Schnorchel- und Tauchliebhaber. Direkt vor der Küste gibt viele bunte Fische zu bestaunen. Das glasklare Wasser ist wundervoll.

Bad false alarm 3am in the morning. Reception and Security guards were lost couldn’t explain what happened. So disappointing ruined my stay.

We had a great relaxing stay at the facility. There is only a couple of things I woud point out. As a new shanghai la member, i wasnt aware that i was entitled to discount at the restaurant. And even though I gave the front desk my number on the receipt system at the restaurant the discount didnt appear. I only became aware when i checked out. Also even though the restaurant were great the varity was minimal. The buffet had great variety however, for someone who isn't s big eater definitely not worth the price.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff who went above and beyond for anything you asked. The property was stunning everywhere you looked, really well kept. I would say the rooms are a little dated, our room had a musty smell, but clean.

A nice relaxing atay definitely working on FIJI time. The hotel is tired and run down but still Provides a wonderful vacation if you are not expecting a 4-5 star facility. Staff are friendly and kind and enjoy working at the hotel which is nice to see. Healthier and more food options by the pool esp for kids is required. Overall a nice relaxing stay.
