지하철가까운 위치. 리셉션친절. 숙소자체는 오래된 건물. 에어콘없고 선풍기만 있어요. 수건은 리셥션가져가면 교환해줘요. 기차티겟등 출력서비스 해주고 친절하게 응대는 해줬어요~에어콘 없어서 너무 더울땐 힘들어요

가격대비 깨끗하고 쾌적해요 기대안했는데 부엌에 그릇도 있고현대식이라 편안해요

전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋으나 길가의 위치한 방은 밖의 소음이 들려옴.

아침에 차 지나는 소리에 푹 자기엔 좋지않으나 일찍 일어나서 다녀야하는 여행객에겐 관계없음.주차비는 따로 지불해야함. 하루주차하고 비싸서 다음날부턴 길가주차함.

We had a very nice stay with 2 little kids. Good location with several metro stations nearby and a variety of restaurants and stores. The coffee machine available all day was a really nice plus.

Malgré les travaux, pas de désagrément. La chambre refaite à neuf, très bien équipée. Et un quartier vraiment très agréable

部屋も広く 清潔でセンスも良かった。地下鉄からも近く どこへ行くにも便利でした。

it must be borne in mind that the property is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment, hence the low score for 'property condition'. That aside, it is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the reception team speak very good English. There is a Monoprix, patisserie, boulangerie, and Metro station all within a one-minute walk from the hotel, so the local facilities are excellent. I would make a couple of comments for future improvements: 1. There is no wash-hand basin in the toilet, which means you have to turn off the light and open the door with unclean hands. This is a potential health hazard. 2. There is a fire alarm just over the cooker, which might be set off by ordinary cooking fumes. There actually was a fire alarm set off while we were there, but no fire, so getting rid of the alarms near the cookers might be a good idea. 3. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen area, meaning that you cannot boil the kettle and use the toaster at the same time. A two-way adaptor would be a useful addition to the facilities. We have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay again, and look forward to seeing the hotel once it has been refurbished.

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

Metro line3の駅から徒歩3分、近隣にカルフールエクスプレス、フランプリ、コインランドリーがあり1週間以上の滞在には便利な立地。中華デリ、メキシカン、バー、マックが徒歩数分圏内。レストランはそれほど多くない。徒歩15-20分圏内には有名な大衆レストランのブイヨン、ステーキハウス、韓国料理、フレンチレストランが多くある。歩きが苦でなければ選択肢は非常に多くなる。 部屋はキッチン付きスタジオタイプにアップグレードされた。リビングとベッドルームが分かれており、それぞれの部屋に三菱製エアコンが設置されている。ベッドはクイーンサイズで枕も柔らかく寝心地は良かった。トイレは独立、キッチンは玄関横で小型冷蔵庫（小さな冷凍室付き）とレンジか備え付けられている。また、コップ、グラス、皿、鍋フライパン、トースター、ナイフ、フォーク、スプーン、ポッド、二口IHなど基本的な用品は揃っている。シャワーと洗面台が一つの区画にありシャワー圧が高く気持ちが良い。さらに、タオルヒーターが備え付けられていて便利。 レセプションには、ウォーターサーバあり。 残念なポイントはエレベーターと半地下の朝食会場が工事中のため、8-18時くらいはうるさかった。事前に連絡が欲しかった。 概ね満足だったが次も予約するかは微妙なところ。

3 times I had to deal with the reception desk about paying! the rate ended up significantly higher than when I booked on Hotel.com!!! NOT OK!!

Good location, clean and helpful front desk. Would be good to have a rubber math mat for the shower since the wet tub is extremely slippery, and there aren’t any real grab bars.

I think three stars are reasonable.

Great location and the room had everything we needed. The staff was also super helpful! Would definitely stay there again.
