it must be borne in mind that the property is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment, hence the low score for 'property condition'. That aside, it is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the reception team speak very good English. There is a Monoprix, patisserie, boulangerie, and Metro station all within a one-minute walk from the hotel, so the local facilities are excellent. I would make a couple of comments for future improvements: 1. There is no wash-hand basin in the toilet, which means you have to turn off the light and open the door with unclean hands. This is a potential health hazard. 2. There is a fire alarm just over the cooker, which might be set off by ordinary cooking fumes. There actually was a fire alarm set off while we were there, but no fire, so getting rid of the alarms near the cookers might be a good idea. 3. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen area, meaning that you cannot boil the kettle and use the toaster at the same time. A two-way adaptor would be a useful addition to the facilities. We have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay again, and look forward to seeing the hotel once it has been refurbished.

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

Metro line3の駅から徒歩3分、近隣にカルフールエクスプレス、フランプリ、コインランドリーがあり1週間以上の滞在には便利な立地。中華デリ、メキシカン、バー、マックが徒歩数分圏内。レストランはそれほど多くない。徒歩15-20分圏内には有名な大衆レストランのブイヨン、ステーキハウス、韓国料理、フレンチレストランが多くある。歩きが苦でなければ選択肢は非常に多くなる。 部屋はキッチン付きスタジオタイプにアップグレードされた。リビングとベッドルームが分かれており、それぞれの部屋に三菱製エアコンが設置されている。ベッドはクイーンサイズで枕も柔らかく寝心地は良かった。トイレは独立、キッチンは玄関横で小型冷蔵庫（小さな冷凍室付き）とレンジか備え付けられている。また、コップ、グラス、皿、鍋フライパン、トースター、ナイフ、フォーク、スプーン、ポッド、二口IHなど基本的な用品は揃っている。シャワーと洗面台が一つの区画にありシャワー圧が高く気持ちが良い。さらに、タオルヒーターが備え付けられていて便利。 レセプションには、ウォーターサーバあり。 残念なポイントはエレベーターと半地下の朝食会場が工事中のため、8-18時くらいはうるさかった。事前に連絡が欲しかった。 概ね満足だったが次も予約するかは微妙なところ。

This hotel was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Lea at the front desk was so super friendly and helpful and she always kept a smile on her face. All of the front desk staff spoke English which was great for me since I only speak English(from America-NYC)and the room we stayed in was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Love that the room had a kitchen with stove, sink, and microwave(microwave took longer than usual to heat up food but still worked). It also had plates and utensils. There is a living room with 2 very comfortable pull out twin beds and the bedroom had a full or queen size bed. Sorry, I forgot the size but it fit 2 people comfortably. There is a wash room with just the shower/tub and a sink and a toilet room with just the toilet. I loved everything about this hotel, the room, the service, staff, area, transportation(right across the street from the metro and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, and they do uber cabs and uber eats there as well). The things that I had an issue with were the toilet getting clogged up (twice) and for me, I had 2 children in the room (7 and 9) but the windows open up so wide that if your not careful and don’t keep them locked and watch your children, a child can possibly fall out of the window being curious or just playing around. Other than that our stay was great. Also, the restaurant near the hotel, Les Anemones Cafe Bistrot was amazing. The food was super great and fresh, ask for Muhammad.

It was not so good. They have 2 blocks. Reception was in block 1 and our room was in block 2. Our car was parked in block 1 as well as the hotel parking is there. We would have to go to block 1 reception first to switch elevators and then go to our car. Secondly, we booked Double/Queen bed and they had only 2 twin beds on our check in, which was very much frustrating as they rudely said yes you booked it double and we dont have it. I asked thm they could have messaged me via Expedia to inform this so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Just being Parisians.

Struttura posizionata nel cuore di Parigi, collegata perfettamente con tutti i punti d’interesse. Anche a piedi la distanza è di circa 25 minuti per Notre Dame - Saint Chapelle - Le Centre Pompidou, 15 minuti per il museo di Picasso, 45 minuti per il Louvre. Nelle vicinanze dell’hotel inoltre ci sono tantissimi bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie e negozietti che rendono le passeggiate molto piacevoli (tenendo conto che per andare a Notre Dame la strada è tutta dritta). Anche per i celiaci (scrivo “celiachia”- “glutine”anche per le ricerche Google) la zona è davvero molto servita. All’arrivo l’accoglienza è stata ottimale. La stanza ci è apparsa ben tenuta e calda (sopratutto per il periodo) anche se qualche accorgimento in più sarebbe stato meglio (un po’ di polvere sotto il letto, ma niente di che). Per il resto la nostra esperienza presso Citadines è stata perfetta e sicuramente la terremo in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni.

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

Metro line3の駅から徒歩3分、近隣にカルフールエクスプレス、フランプリ、コインランドリーがあり1週間以上の滞在には便利な立地。中華デリ、メキシカン、バー、マックが徒歩数分圏内。レストランはそれほど多くない。徒歩15-20分圏内には有名な大衆レストランのブイヨン、ステーキハウス、韓国料理、フレンチレストランが多くある。歩きが苦でなければ選択肢は非常に多くなる。 部屋はキッチン付きスタジオタイプにアップグレードされた。リビングとベッドルームが分かれており、それぞれの部屋に三菱製エアコンが設置されている。ベッドはクイーンサイズで枕も柔らかく寝心地は良かった。トイレは独立、キッチンは玄関横で小型冷蔵庫（小さな冷凍室付き）とレンジか備え付けられている。また、コップ、グラス、皿、鍋フライパン、トースター、ナイフ、フォーク、スプーン、ポッド、二口IHなど基本的な用品は揃っている。シャワーと洗面台が一つの区画にありシャワー圧が高く気持ちが良い。さらに、タオルヒーターが備え付けられていて便利。 レセプションには、ウォーターサーバあり。 残念なポイントはエレベーターと半地下の朝食会場が工事中のため、8-18時くらいはうるさかった。事前に連絡が欲しかった。 概ね満足だったが次も予約するかは微妙なところ。

Good location, clean and helpful front desk. Would be good to have a rubber math mat for the shower since the wet tub is extremely slippery, and there aren’t any real grab bars.

This hotel was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Lea at the front desk was so super friendly and helpful and she always kept a smile on her face. All of the front desk staff spoke English which was great for me since I only speak English(from America-NYC)and the room we stayed in was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Love that the room had a kitchen with stove, sink, and microwave(microwave took longer than usual to heat up food but still worked). It also had plates and utensils. There is a living room with 2 very comfortable pull out twin beds and the bedroom had a full or queen size bed. Sorry, I forgot the size but it fit 2 people comfortably. There is a wash room with just the shower/tub and a sink and a toilet room with just the toilet. I loved everything about this hotel, the room, the service, staff, area, transportation(right across the street from the metro and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, and they do uber cabs and uber eats there as well). The things that I had an issue with were the toilet getting clogged up (twice) and for me, I had 2 children in the room (7 and 9) but the windows open up so wide that if your not careful and don’t keep them locked and watch your children, a child can possibly fall out of the window being curious or just playing around. Other than that our stay was great. Also, the restaurant near the hotel, Les Anemones Cafe Bistrot was amazing. The food was super great and fresh, ask for Muhammad.

It was not so good. They have 2 blocks. Reception was in block 1 and our room was in block 2. Our car was parked in block 1 as well as the hotel parking is there. We would have to go to block 1 reception first to switch elevators and then go to our car. Secondly, we booked Double/Queen bed and they had only 2 twin beds on our check in, which was very much frustrating as they rudely said yes you booked it double and we dont have it. I asked thm they could have messaged me via Expedia to inform this so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Just being Parisians.

Struttura posizionata nel cuore di Parigi, collegata perfettamente con tutti i punti d’interesse. Anche a piedi la distanza è di circa 25 minuti per Notre Dame - Saint Chapelle - Le Centre Pompidou, 15 minuti per il museo di Picasso, 45 minuti per il Louvre. Nelle vicinanze dell’hotel inoltre ci sono tantissimi bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie e negozietti che rendono le passeggiate molto piacevoli (tenendo conto che per andare a Notre Dame la strada è tutta dritta). Anche per i celiaci (scrivo “celiachia”- “glutine”anche per le ricerche Google) la zona è davvero molto servita. All’arrivo l’accoglienza è stata ottimale. La stanza ci è apparsa ben tenuta e calda (sopratutto per il periodo) anche se qualche accorgimento in più sarebbe stato meglio (un po’ di polvere sotto il letto, ma niente di che). Per il resto la nostra esperienza presso Citadines è stata perfetta e sicuramente la terremo in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni.
