디즈니 호텔 산타페

If you are in Paris just for Disneyland,this hotel is convenient. However, the room was very hot as there was no ac and the fan was very weak.

Have stayed here 3 times now. Comfy beds clean has a great Starbucks and a small shop. Have never used the restaurant, but the queues for breakfast were wrapped around the hotel. For us that’s a waste of time as we always got the bus to the park at 8am for early entry. We stay on site for the early entry and use it every day. While we were there Disneyland park was at capacity, on our final day. But being a hotel guest we could enter. A great budget hotel for 3 nights.

Another great stay at Santa Fe. It is well themed at a good price, and location is more convenient than some would think. Rooms are large and comfortable, the building well sound proofed, and fans good for helping keep things cool. We would visit Santa Fe again without a doubt. 😎

Bra! Mycket uppskattat av barnen. Perfekt avstånd till Disneyland. Saknade en butik med lite livsmedel.

Quarto muito limpo, arrumado, conservado, funcionários muito atenciosos e cordiais , porém o quarto não tem comodidades, sem frigobar, sem microondas e o que nos fez mais falta foi o ar condicionado, pois durante a nossa estadia estava muito calor Mais um ponto positivo é o transporte até a os parques e também da pra ir tranquilo à pé

Lovely room, block 53 on the first floor, very quiet. Comfy bed, ceiling fan kept me cool and good powerful shower. A great place to stay when you are in the park all day, it took me 11 mins to walk to the marvel hotel security along the river. Lovely friendly staff especially the lady in the shop will definitely book again for a cheap disney trip.

God beliggenhed og ok gåafstand til parken. Desværre ikke særlig velholdt og føltes slidt og beskidt og på ingen måde pengene værd :(

This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. We were given a second-floor room where the window could barely be opened and there was no air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot —well over 40°C at night— and our family couldn't sleep at all. The staff offered no real solution or assistance. In the end, we had no choice but to move to another hotel, and they even charged us extra for the change instead of taking responsibility for the unacceptable conditions. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in July 13 during the European heat wave and found that there was no air conditioning in the Santa Fe. To make it worse, the room window faced west. We couldn't have slept in that room. I went back to the desk and, in true Disney form, the desk clerk was able to find us a room in the nearby Cheyenne for a small additional difference in rates. It was a much nicer room and the breakfast buffet was incredible (the Santa Fe breakfast might have been good, too, but we didn't have it.) Thank you, Disney!!

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour à l'hôtel Santa Fe de Disneyland Paris. Le principal problème est l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres. À notre arrivée, la température était étouffante : nous avions l'impression d'entrer dans un véritable four. Il était impossible de dormir dans ces conditions. La seule solution a été de laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit. La chambre était propre, mais elle est très vieillissante et montre de nombreux signes d'usure. Une rénovation serait la bienvenue afin d'offrir un niveau de confort plus en adéquation avec les standards attendus d'un hôtel Disney. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Tout au long de notre séjour, les équipes ont été accueillantes, souriantes et toujours prêtes à aider, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Es una época y una zona donde hace mucho calor y las habitaciones no tienen aire y tiene bloqueadas las ventanas para que no se puedan abrir. El calor el brutal y el hotel caluroso.
