디즈니 호텔 산타페

If you are in Paris just for Disneyland,this hotel is convenient. However, the room was very hot as there was no ac and the fan was very weak.

Väldigt likt ett snabbmatsställe. Frukosten års direkt på plastbrickor och med engångsbestick. Kaffet dracks ur pappersmuggar. Väldigt varma rum. Det fanns en takfläkt som fick gå hela tiden. Det stora plusset för vårat barn var bilartemat och att det gick att promenera till nöjesparken om man inte ville vara beroende av bussen.

Hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The light socket was hanging off, stains on the carpets and stains on the bedding. Walls are paper thin and so not recommended for light sleepers, unless you pack ear plugs (luckily we did). Starbucks on site is handy for a drink before you start your day. Lots of potential but under utilised. Overall, disappointed with the experience and really did expect better from a Disney branded hotel.

Chambre vétuste , pas de volet juste rideaux… jet de douche très faible , pas de serviette pour les cheveux , pas de bouilloire ce qui me semble un minimum au vue du prix de la nuit . Chambre cards qui au final est pas forcément décoré cards à par la frise . Nous sommes déçu

お風呂のシャワーヘッドが抜けてバスルームが水浸しの惨事になってしまいました。あと自販機が特定と棟にしかないため、飲み物の確保が少し大変でした。カーズの世界観に浸れたのは楽しかったです！

Tutto perfetto!!!

The hotel is spotless, bathrooms and bedrooms so clean. The reception area was hectic, thronged with people; the water machine in the main building was out of order and Starbucks did not have any pastries for sale at breakfast time.

Hotel simples para os padrões Disney, mas com preço justo. A falta de ar condicionado foi um problema devido a onda de calor na França. A inexistencia de um local adequado para o uso de um laptop é indesculpável, sem uma mesa/escrivaninha e cadeira. O uso do sistema de transporte da Disney é o ponto alto. A loja do Starbucs também é um diferencial, pois oferece uma opção de um lanche rápido. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada.

Quarto limpo, decoração impecável, café da manhã incrível, bem servido e muita variedade, apenas uma coisa que ficou a deseja, talvez foi um erro meu também de não observar, não tinha ar condicionado no quarto e na data que fomos estava um calor absurdo, a janela por questão de segurança abre bem pouco, tem ventilador de teto, mais tivemos que pedir um ventilador na recepção pra dormir melhor a noite, não tinha elevador, somente escada, mais pra mim não foi um problema. Valeu muito a experiência.

Das Hotel war etwas abgewohnt aber zweckmäßig. Sauber war es auch. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Es ist unerträglich heiß und schlechte Luft. Personal sehr freundlich.

The temperature in the room was intensely hot & the small window only opened a couple of inches. Frustratingly there was a large window right next to it that we weren't able to open and the handles had been removed. Staff stated this was law. It was a first floor room. I understand the danger, but it is also dangerous to expose people- especially young children and babies to such intense heat. It was so hot it made us feel physically unwell. There was no air con which to be fair we wouldn't normally use anyway even in hotter places we have traveled to (but then they have always had opening windows) I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the weather is hot. The room had a ceiling fan & we were given other fans but it was just circulating hot air.

This hotel is perfect for families who just want somewhere to crash at the end of the day. It’s not as plush as some of the others but we spent barely any time there. The beds were comfy, everywhere was clean and plenty of room. We even managed to get a kettle and cups sent to the room after emailing in advance. We stayed in the Cheyenne last year and although you get air con and drinks in your room that’s the only real difference. It takes the same amount of time to walk to the park (roughly 15-20 mins). It was a heatwave when we stayed in May half term and the room was still cool enough for sleeping. I did panic but the fan was great. For the money I can’t fault it and would stay again!

Só faltou a magia disney, Não achei o hotel tudo isso. Não vi nenhum personagem no hotel

First time staying at Santa Fe after visiting Disneyland many times. Holiday didn’t get off to the best start when reception gave us the wrong room number and wasn’t the best of help. Made out I was going to the wrong floor despite me proving I wasn’t. Was not happy with the service Apart from that good hotel and very easy walking distance to the Parks.

Rundown Ok for one night but very rundown

Liked the theme in rooms and complex. Suitable for basic needs. And complementary drink nice touch. Tv lacking in channels.

Really great theming for Disney, nice and clean, friendly staff. Definitely needs an official star rating of higher than 2 stars
