Helpful staff-so kind. Breakfast was great. Weather was extremely hot (103°), which is not anyone’s fault. The A/C struggled, but at least they have A/C. We were grateful for that.

Sejour au top au centre de Tours

Great location on the Loire River. Highly recommend paying a little extra for view. Large comfortable room and bed. Large bath and shower. Good free breakfast. Is right at the tram stop and blocks from very good restaurants and interesting old neighborhoods. The value of this hotel is superior to the sister Hilton property across the road in my opinion.

This hotel is right beside the river. The upper floors have great views of the town. Parking is below the hotel and very reasonable.

駅にも近く、旧市街には歩いて行けてロケーションは最高です。室内は清潔で、タオルも毎日交換してもらえます。スタッフもとても親切です。朝食もインクルードでリーズナブルな価格です。ただ1点冷蔵庫が無いのは不便に感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

Parfait ! Le petit dej est vraiment bien !

Stayed for two nights on the strength of previous Hampton Inn visits but very mediocre experience here. Breakfasts were very disappointing with cold eggs, no juice available the second morning, one of two coffee machines broken, then no forks available to many guests. The WiFi was very intermittent so not as advertised. The room was very clean and quiet and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Moving around France and this gem was like a vacation from our french vacation. I never opt for hotel breakfast but this was included in low base price. Very well done. Lobby bar fully stocked with snacks and drinks meant not having to find a convenience store. Easy location plus tram stop to the train station. Large rooms. I could live there.

Petit déjeuner panne machine à café et pas de jus d’orange dommage

I may only stay few hours, due to AC not working , they move us to Hilton Garden. The room in Hampton is good, we have the room that facing the river, the view pretty good. Reception is nice, as the back to the room at 9pm n found out that the AC does not working ( room getting pretty hot ) , Antoine respond it well and we ask can we be move and he check n move ua to neighbouring Hilton Garden . Where we spend 3nights , Hilton Garden also pretty nice hotel, I think both hotels are best choice for Tours

Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus, pas de jus d’orange le premier jour du séjour, trop d’attente pour le café le deuxième jour car une des machines HS. Il faisait trop chaud dans ma chambre et impossible de régler le thermostat. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue , du coup on entendait les voitures passer, les gens qui discutaient dehors ou encore la musique. Sinon emplacement top. On a pris un cocktail à l’hôtel mais malheureusement le personnel ne savait pas les faire.

Hôtel plein centre très calme

L’hôtel Hampton by Hilton Tours Centre offre une excellente présentation et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Il est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville de Tours. À noter également la qualité de l’accueil : Antoine nous a reçus avec beaucoup de soin et d’élégance. Même lorsqu’il doit gérer l’arrivée ou le départ de plus de 50 personnes, ainsi que la gestion des valises, son sourire, son amabilité et la qualité du service restent irréprochables.

Prima ontbijt, maar matige logistiek. Borden op. Glazen tekort, brood op, etc. Eén ambulant service dan was te weinig.

Grande chambre avec lit king size, belle vue sur la bibliothèque et la cathédrale. Emplacement très central, au pied du tramway et entre les quartiers commerçants et touristiques. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable. Stationnement possible à 2 minutes à pied au parking souterrain pour moins de 13 euros les 24 heures.

Incrível, hotel impecável. Tudo ótimo, desde a localização, a equipe, café da manhã, tudo.
