Je ne sais pas pourquoi on m’a placé dans la pire chambre en ce qui concerne le bruit directement en face de l’ascenseur et au dessus du tramway pourtant j’ai réservé trois mois à l’avance pour avoir une chambre au calme, petit-dejeuner médiocre, en plus lors du check-in on me demande une pièce d’identité alors que l’on la pas demandée au client précédent !!!

Établissement standardisé. Chambre assez petite mais pratique. Toutefois très gros problème de service de petit déjeuner. Largement sous dimensionné par rapport au nombre de chambre. L’espace petit dej ne peut pas accueillir tout le monde. Plateaux sales entassés sur les tables. Vaisselle manquante … Nous avons du prendre nos petits déjeuners, pourtant facturés, à l’extérieur. Je ne recommande pas.

Très bon séjour au Hampton

When we checked in the staff member was very polite and helpful with some key points. We had a top floor room with a nice view of the river and towards the city. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the air-con worked a treat as was the heat wave, bathroom was excellent and there was a safe. However, it did lacked luggage space and the TV never worked, but it did not disturb us too much. No milk for the coffees. Breakfast was fine, basic selection and some of the hot food looked like it had been out for too long. We enjoyed the stay, stayed in other Hilton by Hampton and had better and for a lower price, but seemed to be the Tours rate.

Knast Feeling - nur im 1. Etage haben die Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster, ich frage mich wieso vergibt man diese Zimmer wenn viele andere frei sind.

Great hotel, with great location by the river and great 3rd party underground parking right opposite. Only issues were Breakfast, Sunday morning was Chaos, the 1 member of staff did their best, but everything was lacking, like tables not cleaned, and at any one time when you went to the buffet there was always a few things that had run out, from clean plates, glasses, Cups, ran out of Waffle batter, no tomatoes, no fresh juice, no pastries.. they would re plenish one thing only for 2 others to run out, felt sorry for them, as should have been staffed better. Aircon was weak, fair enough the weather was very hot, but the room was at best a little cooler than outside, not cold, as you could expect from a new building ran by a premium chain. Having said all this it is the 3rd time I've stayed here and would definitely stay again or at its sister hotel across the road when next passing Tours way.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Rooms are a good size, air conditioned and have tea/coffee facilities. Showers work well and the bed was comfortable. Great location, short walks from the old town, cathedral, railway station and The River Loire.

Personnel accueillant, sans excès. Hall d'accueil pas vraiment climatisé Chambre très spacieuse, agréable et bien climatisée. Pose valise dispo. WC non séparé de la salle de bains. Porte Papier toilette cassé. Bouilloire, café, thé, sèche cheveux et articles de toilette OK. Lits et oreillers confortables. Nuit noire avec les rideaux occultants. Plutôt bonne insonorisation. Petit déjeuner bon et avec du choix (dommage qu'il faille se faire soi même ses gaufres, il n'y en n'a pas d'avance et 3min de cuisson c'est peut être un peu long). Emplacement idéal, avec parking souterrain au pied. Bon séjour agréable.

TOP à tous les points de vue !

Excellent room with a view of the Loire, house-keeping were great every day, though the carpet was stained and needed more cleaning than expected of housekeeping. Breakfast was too often a daily disaster, this hotel needs to purchase more forks and more glassware, it was too often usual t9 need to eat Breakfast with a knife and dessert spoon as there were no forks, and to have orange juice in a coffee mug as there was no available glassware.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du vieux Tours avec un parking sous terrain juste à côté avec ascenseur très appréciable. Chambre très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas de qualité.

PECCATO MI SONO SEMPRE TROVATO BENE NELLA CATENA DI HOTEL, MA QUI NO.Bagno con capelli di altri utenti. Aria condizionata assente nelle aree comuni e mal funzionante in camera.Inoltre era la settimana fi caldo record Colazione carente di molti prodotti. Ho dovuto chiedere bicchieri forchette macedonia ...... Una sola cameriera TROPPO POCO per il numero di clienti.

Helpful staff-so kind. Breakfast was great. Weather was extremely hot (103°), which is not anyone’s fault. The A/C struggled, but at least they have A/C. We were grateful for that.
