깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았습니다. 수영장도 좋았는데 아주 약간 크기가 작았습니다. 다 좋은데 마시는 물이 무료가 아니었습니다. 처음에 언급해줬다면 좋았을텐데, 약간의 오해가 엤을 수도 있습니다. 결론적으로 다음에도 파리에 온다면 이용할 의지가 있습니다.

It was such a decent stay at the hotel. We are styaing at the midldle of preparing the Olympics that is why we used to take the public transportation. On the way to the subway station we could see many of restaurants and supermarkets even pharmacies. Within just 20 min -30min you can go wherever you want to the city of paris. After back to the hotel you can get a rest with sauna and swimming pool. I havent't seen this kind hotel in Paris.

Staffs are all nice and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back another time!

아주 아주 친절하고 따뜻한 직원들이 사람들을 편안하게 해 주는 곳. 가족을 데리고 다시 한 번 방문 하고 싶은 곳. 깨끗한 청결한 숙소.

clean. kind. sauna is nice but room is small

주요 관광지로부터 멀지는 않으나 지하철역으로부터 조금 멀어 짐들고다닐때는 힘들었지만 짐두고 구경하면서 다니면 좋습니다. 수영장 및 사우나 시설도 너무 좋구요. 청결하고 서비스도 매우 만족합니다. 나중에라도 파리를 다시가게된다면 이곳에 다시 머물 생각입니다.

에펠타워나 샹제리제 거리와 조금 먼 것 빼고는 너무 좋았습니다. (지하철로 20분) 아메니티도 룩스고 침대 양 사이드에 USB나 충전기 꼽을 수 있는 아울렛이 설치 되어있는 세심함이 돋보였습니다. 또 샤워시설도 너무 잘되있고, 전반적으로 고객을 배려하는 세심함이 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 파리에 놀러가면 또 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

체크인때 보증금을 지불했습니다. 체크아웃때 숙박하면서 사용한 서비스료를 지불했습니다. 그리고 보증금이 환불이 되느냐고 물었고 몇일 이내에 환불된다고 했습니다. 1/4 에 체크아웃 했는데 아직도 환불이 안됐습니다. 그동안 메일을 2번 보내고 페이스북 페이지 메세지로 문의를 했지만 메일로 보내라는 답변 뿐이었습니다. 도대체 언제 환불해주실거죠?

아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다~

조용하고 cozy한 예쁜 호텔. 깔끔하고, 수영장과 사우나가 있어 긴 여행에 휴식을 할수있음.

매우 깨끗하고 예쁜 호텔. 관광지와 멀지만 감수할만큼 좋았다. 특히 인테리어가 마음에 들었고 지하 수영장에는 마사지풀 기능이 있어서 피로를 풀기에도 제격이다! 강추합니다.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful. Especially Steve who went that extra mile to ensure we were looked after. Swimming pool exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel

Spa definitely needs to be refreshed

They downgraded my room because “they overbooked” even though I booked this room months ago and paid for it. Additionally, when I booked the room I requested a quiet room facing away from the street, and they gave me a downgraded room FACING the street. It ended up being quiet enough for us to sleep, but the principle of downgrading our room when we already booked and paid for a different room and then giving me the opposite of what I asked for was quite upsetting. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Our stay here was fantastic. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were all lovely and very kind. They spoke English which helped a great deal too. They were more than willing to help us find locations of stores and call a taxi. The room itself was great. The air conditioning worked very good in our room and the black out curtains blocked all the sun light which was helpful for sleeping in. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it for others too!

Lovely place to stay, about a 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff friendly and helpful

We had two rooms at the hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were extremely clean but, admittedly, not very large. The hotel is in the city so space is at a premium. The one downfall for us was that in one of the rooms the air conditioning was not working and the room opened up on the courtyard so it didn't have windows that opened. It was over 80 degrees in Paris that day so the room was sweltering. At 3:30 am we went to the front desk because it was unbearable in our room. They confirmed that the AC was not working in our room, provided a fan and two bottle of cold water. The hotel was completely booked so they could not offer us a different room. It was not a fitful night's sleep. The hotel did compensate us for our discomfort so we really appreciated that. The hotel is located in a great location, we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and dinner. There isn't any parking at the hotel but we were able to park in a parking garage not far away. We did not take advantage of any of their amenities because we were there less than 24 hours but from what we experienced we would recommend the hotel based on the cleanliness, location and friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful hotel and room in the perfect neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay! Many amazing cafes and restaurants close by and easy to get to multiple Metro stations as well. The pool/sauna/steam room were such an added bonus after walking lots during the day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris!
