Our stay here was fantastic. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were all lovely and very kind. They spoke English which helped a great deal too. They were more than willing to help us find locations of stores and call a taxi. The room itself was great. The air conditioning worked very good in our room and the black out curtains blocked all the sun light which was helpful for sleeping in. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it for others too!

They downgraded my room because “they overbooked” even though I booked this room months ago and paid for it. Additionally, when I booked the room I requested a quiet room facing away from the street, and they gave me a downgraded room FACING the street. It ended up being quiet enough for us to sleep, but the principle of downgrading our room when we already booked and paid for a different room and then giving me the opposite of what I asked for was quite upsetting. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We had two rooms at the hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were extremely clean but, admittedly, not very large. The hotel is in the city so space is at a premium. The one downfall for us was that in one of the rooms the air conditioning was not working and the room opened up on the courtyard so it didn't have windows that opened. It was over 80 degrees in Paris that day so the room was sweltering. At 3:30 am we went to the front desk because it was unbearable in our room. They confirmed that the AC was not working in our room, provided a fan and two bottle of cold water. The hotel was completely booked so they could not offer us a different room. It was not a fitful night's sleep. The hotel did compensate us for our discomfort so we really appreciated that. The hotel is located in a great location, we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and dinner. There isn't any parking at the hotel but we were able to park in a parking garage not far away. We did not take advantage of any of their amenities because we were there less than 24 hours but from what we experienced we would recommend the hotel based on the cleanliness, location and friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful hotel and room in the perfect neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay! Many amazing cafes and restaurants close by and easy to get to multiple Metro stations as well. The pool/sauna/steam room were such an added bonus after walking lots during the day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris!

The hotel makes you feel like you are in your own home. A large and inviting lobby/lounge, a lovely front desk with yummy flavored water and great greeters/concierges staff , a very kind and caring general manager and the dining area- breakfast room feel just like that with a lovely courtyard in nice weather. The pool and gym area perfect and inviting. The Staff really seal the deal at this hotel though. And its in a lovely neighborhood with all friendly shop keepers and I particulary loved in the morning watching the kids go off to school. The walk to the Eifell Tower about 20 minutes and a tad more to museums. Great shopping as well along either route.

Nice spacious room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Shame no onsite bar and restaurant (what was served was very limited). Pool a bit dated and very hot in spa/pool area. Lovely location. Nice couple of restaurants and local shops. Easy access to Metro and tourist sites.

Perfect cosy boutique hotel on a quiet street. The swimmingpool is is ideal for relaxation after a day in the city. The family rooms are very well planned with a real door between them.

The hotel makes you feel like you are in your own home. A large and inviting lobby/lounge, a lovely front desk with yummy flavored water and great greeters/concierges staff , a very kind and caring general manager and the dining area- breakfast room feel just like that with a lovely courtyard in nice weather. The pool and gym area perfect and inviting. The Staff really seal the deal at this hotel though. And its in a lovely neighborhood with all friendly shop keepers and I particulary loved in the morning watching the kids go off to school. The walk to the Eifell Tower about 20 minutes and a tad more to museums. Great shopping as well along either route.

The staff was extremely welcoming. Not just the desk personnel, but everyone. It was a very welcoming atmosphere that was beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. It is write near a lovely bakery and cheese shop. Would highly recommend.

Nice spacious room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Shame no onsite bar and restaurant (what was served was very limited). Pool a bit dated and very hot in spa/pool area. Lovely location. Nice couple of restaurants and local shops. Easy access to Metro and tourist sites.
