호텔 머큐어 스트라스부르 센터

전반적인 직원의 응대나 방에 이중문있는 점, 많진 않아도 있을건 다 있는 어메니티 등 서비스는 훌륭했습니다만 방에 먼지가 좀 많았어요. 그래도 1~2박 무난히 지낼만한 숙소라고 생각됩니다. (스트라스부르에 머큐어 호텔이 세군데나 있습니다. 잘 찾아가세요…)

위치 좋아서 주요관광지에 가기 편했고 트램 이용하기도 좋앟읍니다. 방도 생각보다 훨씬 넓고 편했습니다~~ 전반적으로 숙소 상태 만족하지만 조금 어두웠습니다 그것 빼만 상당히 만족합니다

시내중심부에 위치해 있고 트램역이 걸어서 1분 거리로 매우 가까움. 숙소가 대로 뒷편에 있어서 밤에 조용했음. 침대와 욕실의 청결상태는 매우 좋으며, 조식은 보통 수준임. 직원들 친절함. 와이파이는 느려서 짜증남

조식 가지수는 많지 않지만 든든히 먹었습니다. 위치도 다니기에 좋았구요. 다음 여행시 재방문 의향 있습니다.

O atendimento foi excelente, o café da manhã foi satisfatório.

Belle chambre, au calme. Personnel d'accueil du petit déjeuner et de chambres, courtois et tres professionnel.

O aquecimento do quarto não era satisfatório. Cama e travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.

Recepcionista falava português

The room was nice but dated with stained carpet. I could hear the person Nextdoor through the wall go to the bathroom. The safe did not work. There is only one working elevator. I was not impressed for the cost of the rooms.

Excellent location, the staff was professional and friendly. The room was a bit too dark and I think the facility will soon need renovations, other than that it was a good place to stay NO regrets. 👍

Grosse attente à l'arrivée. Personnel peu motivé. Personne à l'accueil a 21h30, on entre le soir dans l'hôtel sans contrôle (Vigipirate ???).

Great hotel

Close to the station, many shopping near the area. Very close to the Christmas village. They have reusable glass bottle for water, that’s great and refilling station.

Will not stay at a Mecure hotel in the future. There loss since I book a lot rooms all over the world and they had a chance to show me it was worth staying at in the future.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was clean and parking was available as well. The hotel was easy access and walking distance to the markets and train station. I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the manager Michele Schaeffer. Expedia did not respond after emailing twice and trying to shorten my stay by one night. I emailed a week prior to our stay and the agreement was suppose to make changes up to 24hrs before our stay. Since I booked my stay through Expedia, the response was that they would get in touch with the hotel. I never heard from Expedia and the hotel stated no correspondence was made to them, regarding my request. I will not be using Expedia anymore which was always my go to. PS. The hotel honored my request and we stayed 3nights instead of 4.
