Staff very helpful. Room for a budget hotel good

Bon accueil et chambre très calme, manque juste la clim ! Tres bon diner le soir

We have stayed here many times with our dog who had always been welcomed in the hotel restaurant. On this occasion a member of staff who we had never seen before refused to let us bring her into the restaurant or even to eat outside with her! VERY disappointing.

Beware. To bring your dog to this hotel now costs you €20. I am disgusted. I have never paid this much at any hotel in France for my dog, even at Ibis Styles hotels. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always found it a convenient choice for the journey from U.K. to France. Rooms are adequate and clean. No in-room coffee making facilities.

The staff were great and really helpful - the hotel is just in desperate need of updating. The room was cramped and old.

The hotel situation, whilst slightly difficult to find, was quite and very good. Staff were helpful although we could not speak their language. Would recommend this hotel for your basic needs.

Lovely staff. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Very convenient location for autoroute access

Air come or ceiling fans are desperately needed in summer and for the recent heat wave!

Pleasant and helpful staff

Used the hotel when I travelled with my dog. It was perfect. Very nice staff. I had left a book in the room and they are keeping it till I get back there. I was so pleased and grateful for that.

Problème d'alarme parce que l'eau de ma douche était trop chaude, personnel très désagréable me reprochant l'installation défaillante. Du bruit de TV toute la nuit car mauvaise isolation. Le restaurant est horrible, Le petit déjeuner plus que limité.

Chambre impeccable , personnel courtois. Juste un détail, les distributeurs de savon n’avaient plus de supports , donc au sol dans la douche et posé pour le lavabo.

Pas de nettoyage, sale de bain bouché

Disappointed to told on arrival that the restaurant wasn’t open as it was one of the reasons we choice the property. The room was ok but very cold and took us a long time to get it to warm up. Staff friendly and location was good.
