Stopover hotel on way back to UK - only an hour away from Calais. Rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. Had supper that evening and choices were good and food a little better than expected - overall a good dining experience.

Difficult to find if you arrive after dark. Room was tired but it was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thin walls. Adequate for one night stay before channel crossing. Parking is behind the hotel but not secure parking. It was safe however. Dogs allowed in the restaurant … so long as not too many already in there. Lots of takeaways and restaurants close to the hotel. Fab boulangerie opposite for coffee and pastries … and to take a loaf home! Extra 10 euros for one dog and local taxes payable direct to the hotel.

It was a good stop over with a little dog. Safe parking. Quiet. Warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got simple restaurant just the job. I was on route further south to Poitiers. So perfect.
