Quarto grande para os parâmetros de cidade, enorme para um hotel intramuros. Propriedade muito bem preservada, apenas, sem elevador, como esperado. Funcionarios muito gentis. Apenas o cafe poderia começar as 7h pois o trem sai cedo. Alias, cefé da manhã de excelente qualidade superando em muito nossas expectativas.

Séjour entre le 3 et 4 juin 2026 avec nuit à l’hôtel sur le Mont-Saint-Michel, c’était un rêve qui s’est enfin concrétisé. La chambre était ravissante, avec un superbe vue sur la baie, le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner copieux dans un joli cadre historique. Aucun souci pour stationner le véhicule, après avoir composé le code, donné par l’hôtel, à la barrière. Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir une boutique du souvenirs à proximité du parking. Un très bon moment passé

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war grandios. Das Zimmer selber entspach allerdings nicht unseren Erwartungen: Es roch schlecht, im Bad sogar modrig und der Teppich war voller Flecken. Das Bett war allerdings tadellos bezogen. Alles in allem total überzahlt.

The check in was fabulous- easy and great staff. We shuttled to the hotel and they held our bags until we could get into our room. Breakfast was fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel.

5月だというのにとても暑い日に滞在。 チェックインした部屋はずっと西陽が当たっていて暑くて暑くて大変だった。 その上水が止まってしまった。スタッフの人はペットボトルの水をくれたり水が出るように調べてくれたりはしたが結局泊まった日の朝まで水が出なかった。シャワーも浴びれず最悪だった。

It's a little old. But all was good.

While our triple room in the Red House was comfortable, I don't think the higher prices of La Mère Poulard warrants a return for me. Although breakfast was included, it does NOT include the famous omelets of the restaurant. In fact, even though we arrived well before closing time, many breakfast items were already finished, and the service suffered from being understaffed (as seems to be the problem in all of Mont St. Michel). The check-in process was confusing and unclear since we were not given the code for entering the hotel parking lot where we were to leave our car upon approaching. The receptionist was not very friendly in instructing us where we could find an open restaurant to still get a meal near 9 PM. Thankfully, the hotel right up the street was still open and welcoming. And finally, the entrance vestibule area of the Red House needs to be cleaned of the smell of cat pee. All in all, not worth the high price.

Great place to stay, definitely we would back again. It would be great if the hotels had AC

Chambre dans une maison rustique, propre, petite, commodités de base mais parfait pour un petit séjour, déjeuner buffet copieux, l’emplacement idéal pour visiter le mont saint-michel et la petite ville au bas. Nous avions la vue sur la Baie, qui est un must to do, coup de coeur assurée !!

Amazing spot right on the mount. However, staff is not available once you check in and minimal information is provided other than directions and where to eat breakfast. The double room is one full size bed which is not super comfy, but fine for one night. The breakfast is fabulous and so were the views from our room.

Le lieu est exceptionnel, pouvoir y dormir est un luxe. Les chambres n'étaient pas à la hauteur: mal entretenues, tâches sur les lits, chaises et moquette. Penderie dans un sale état, serrures qui semblent avoir été forcées et mal (pas?) réparées. Bref un peu décevant.

The Red Mansion which we stayed is conveniently located near the entrance of the Mont. reminder to hotel restaurant booking was helpful. The instructions to check in was incomplete as we had to call the hotel to obtain the codes to access the check in compound.

Highly recommend staying overnight on the island, but this room is is tired, old carpet, dank smell, etc.

Room at L’ermitage was clean and breakfast was nice. Parking at Le Relais was easy and taking the shuttle to the site was easy as well. Expect to haul your luggage up many stone steps (no handrails).

The only thing I would suggest to help other older guests would be to share there are many, many stone steps to climb (no handrails) while carrying luggage. We will be back to visit!

Location is everything Hi up on the mont gonna, prepared to climb a lot of stops

The room (305 - La Rouge Maison) was clean with a beautiful view of the harbour. It was one room with large, gorgeous windows, a king-size bed, and a small, separate foyer/entrance with a twin bed. There was a door between them. The bathroom was large with a full bathtub (could fit two!). It was very conveniently located (as is almost everything on the island. The breakfast was substantial and well stocked - croissants, coffee, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie and a helpful staff.

Clean tough walking throughout stay

Nothing is as it is represented on the website.The rooms are tiny. Showers are tiny and difficult to use. Basically it spoiled my trip to Mont Saint Michel. I would never go back. Also they continuously sent messages on French despite my requesting multiple times that they use English. Unfortunately ther other locations at Mont Saint Michel are no better!!
