Le principe d appartement hotel est très bien.
L établissement est très propre, très calme.
Les services proposés sont a la hauteur.
Le petit dejeuner est tres complet et de qualité. Piscine, salle de fitness, sauna.

J'ai payé par Expedia le DOUBLE du prix (57 contre 110€), soit 224,40 euro une prestation de congres que mon voisin de chambre a payee 118,40 euro pour exactement la MEME chambre. Lui, a téléphoné directement a l'établissement. Belle commission pour vous, je trouve. Vous etes des arnaqueurs, des voleurs et je pèse bien mes mots. Expedia?, a fuir et a deconseiller formellement. J ai téléphoné deux fois pour savoir si nous pouvions laisser nos bagages avant d avoir la chambre et ça m’a été confirmé à chaque fois … à notre arrivée à l hôtel vers 11.30 la réception était fermée.
Deux dames de ménage ont téléphoné à leur responsable et nous ont ouvert un appartement sur les trous réservés.
Ensuite j avais réservé des lits bébé dans deux chambres. On l a d’abord dit qu on ne pouvait pas être certains de les avoir que c était en fonction de la disponibilité le jour J. Dans ce cas , pourquoi réserver.
Vers midi une dama l a appelée et m a dit qu il y aurait un lit. En fait nous n en avons eu aucun.
De plus le lendemain matin des taxes ont été facturées sur un appartement ( avec le petit déjeuner ) alors que tout avait été payé lors du Check in
… donc pas très sérieux !

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center.
Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

J'ai pris un appartement dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, et mon choix s'est porté sur le Néméa du fait de la présence de la piscine. Même si elle n'est pas très grande, c'est un plaisir très appréciable et un vrai confort après une journée de travail intense. La chambre, la literie et la propreté sont aussi au rendez vous, comme d'habitude. Je recommande !

Dans l'appartement, problème de télévision non résolu pendant 5 jours, réfrigérateur qui congelait.
Alarmes incendie intempestives à minuit et à 4h30 du matin sans retour de la part des personnels de l'accueil.
