4성 호텔인데 슬리퍼가 없어 청구했는데 할인 받은 방이라 줄 수 없다고 했고 더 비싼 방에만 준다고 했음. 원 참! 3성급 호텔에서 더 싼 가격에 들어갔는데도 슬리퍼를 주던데...!

루와르 고성지대 관광시 위치가 좋은 호텔같습니다. 무엇보다 주위 경관이 너무 좋았습니다. 숲이 있고,몇분 운전하면 목가적인 전통마을들도 만날 수 있습니다.

조식도 스탠다드한 편이고 호텔의 위치나 청결함 모두 수긍할 만한 수준이었다. 리셉션도 아주 친절했다.

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos deux petits enfants pour visiter le Clos Luce. Excellent séjour juste dommage que le mini golf qui est une super idée au départ soit en si mauvais état. Mais il va être refait apparemment

The staff were amazing. A special shout out to Louise at the front desk who went well above and beyond her duties to help us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They assisted us in getting taxis to town, which are sometimes hard to come by. Overall an excellent stay and I highly recommend them.

Horrible stay!! Room didnt have a working A/c we had to change room in middle of the night but had the same issue there aswell. House keeping staff taking things from your room and when asked if they found or have something they said nothing we have in possession. This kind of behavior and service is not acceptable.

The front desk staff were awesome. Especially the young lady that helped my wife find a chiropractor.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities, pool etc. Great breakfast and good dinner menu. Our experience spoilt at dinner when the " Canette" ie duckling" arrived overdone, dry, and inedible, instead of pink and moist. Returned the dish untouched. At check-out found that the untouched, returned dish was still charged for, but with a 30% reduction. Complained, but manager defended the dish ,aggressively, saying that was how they always served the dish---badly in my opinion. Conclusion--will not eat at this hotel chain in future.

Un bel hôtel, au calme avec une très belle vue sur le château et à 15min du centre. Mais quel dommage de mettre tant en valeur cette si belle piscine à debordement pour ne pouvoir y mettre un pied vu la température. Un simple rideau ou bâche à bulle permettrait de gagner ces précieux sans augmenter votre facture d’électricité. Dommage

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Extérieur de l'hôtel peu entretenu (façades et minigolf) et déçue de la chambre par rapport au prix payé (sdb très basique) Un dîner à l'hôtel très bien pour les adultes mais menu enfant avec une bolognaise en boîte pas terrible.

Excellent stay. The hotel was beautiful and very well located. Excellent leisure area, especially the pool. Excellent restaurant, with reasonable prices. The only thing that could have been a way to dry swimwear was a way to dry it, otherwise it was great.
