Lovely hotel, liked the fact it had a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bus stop close to the hotel to transport you into town.

After accepting our booking they cancelled our reservation saying they didn’t have enough rooms but they still took the payment which I’m trying to get back

Un peu déçu par cet hôtel. J’attend de novotel une prestation digne de ces 3 étoiles comme j’ai pu le rencontrer par exemple a Poitiers. Cet hôtel est vétuste et les réparations qui y sont faites semblent avoir été faite par un bricoleur du dimanche. Idem pour les équipements, en particulier autour de la piscine où les fauteuils sont déchirés et les parasols rares et en mauvais état. Le un cours de mes vacances, j’ai aussi été dans un hotel B&B et les prestations étaient de meilleure qualité pour un prix bien inférieur. A revoir car les hôtels novotel sont un lieu où j’aime y passer quelques jours.

This hotel was an overnight stop on the way home from Holiday. They were clearly exactly that for most of the customers but did it really well. The hotel is aging a little bit but the staff were excellent and they catered really well for parents with kids, would definitely use it again when passing through.

This hotel was terrible. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The front desk area is ok but the rooms were in such bad shape. Huge stains on the rugs, smelly and in need of major remodeling overall. We got two double rooms for a family of 7. The hotel looked like a run down motel, smelly, super small and dirty. We checked in and left the hotel to visit the city. On our way we booked rooms at the Holiday Inn Dijon by IHG. That was really a nice 4 star hotel and we went back to the Novotel to pick up our luggage (we didn't get a refund) to finally spend the night at the Holiday Inn with was clean, safe and in great condition. Worst hotel we have ever booked in Europe. Do not stay there.

Väldigt fint och fräscha rum. Poolen var lite kall men svalkade gott.

Perfect for an overnight stay, wouldn’t consider longer than 2 nights. Room was big and spacious. Aircon was a bit hit and miss. Pool was lovely. Food in restaurant was decent , nothing special but not bad.

Ett 4-stjärnigt hotell som inte ens lever upp till 2. Bokat rum för 1 vuxen och 2 barn som ger oss ett liten rum med en 150 säng. Med hänvisning till att någon ska sova i en soffa, som ser ut att vara från 80-talet. Saknades även kunde, lakan och täcke till denna soffa. Badrummet var ofräscht och rutten så knappt barnen ville duscha, toaletten gick knappt att spola. Otrevlig personal och som knappt vill prata engelska. Poolen som var en viktig del i beslutet var inte alls fräsch. Flöt runt en hinna av smuts och även om jag själv försökte göra deras jobb att få ren poolen så gott det gick så kändes det inte alls trevligt. Känner mig lurad då detta hotell var dyrare än flera 3-stjärnor som säkerligen har bättre kvalitet och service. Uruselt.

The hotel is nice, but our room was not ready at check-in, a coach was idling for 30 minutes in the evening outside our room, and worst of all, the room itself was too hot (air conditioning did not work) so we slept badly.

Location to the motorway was good, the room was a good size, however there was mold on the window frame and a dirty coffee stick in the fridge. The restaurant was pleasant and staff friendly but food less than acceptable. The piece of fish was dry, a lot of brown, not appetizing at all. Very disappointing.

Convenient and well priced. Not many gluten free options in restaurant.

Basic but good location for the motorway

Chambre rénovée, carte gold hôtels.com et all, aucune boisson de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner avec musique effrayante, modifiée après avoir demandé. Bref, pas whaou.
