교통이 편리하고 친절한응대

위치도 좋고 주변에 레스토랑 많아서 좋아요 저는 두명이서 거실있는 좀 큰방을 갔었어요~ 좀 아쉬운 점은 프랑스 레지던스라 그런지 ㄴ ㅔ스카페 캡슐 커피가 있는데 2유로에요 하나당 사실 그거 돈 내는 숙박을 처음 봐서 괜히(?) 조식은 전날 주문하면 방으로 가져다 주는데 못먹어본게 아쉬워요 ㅜㅜ 꼭 드셔보세요 잘 나오는거 같더라구요!

음식 조리 가능하고 테이블이 있어서 편했어요 침실과 문으로 분리돼있던것도 좋았습니다 직원들은 전부 친절했어요

깔끔하고 직원들도 친절하고 숙박하는 동안 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 laundary service는 그리 만족스럽지는 못했습니다. 그냥 물빨래 한 느낌? 얼룩이 그대로 남아있었고 물티슈로 닦으니 없어지더라구요. 그리고 주차시설이 없는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 파리엔 주차시설이 있는 곳이 없으니 그건 할 수 없지요. 하지만 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

제가 방문한 당시,,레지당스 넬은 객실이 물바다가 되어서 숙박할수가 없었고 바로 그 옆에있는 호텔로 대체해 주셨습니다.오픈한지 2주된 호텔이라서 시설이 엄청 깨끗하고 좋았고, 위치도 지하철역이랑 가깝고, 라파예트도 걸어서 갈수있는 거리라 좋았습니다. 가격대비 적당한 호텔이었습니다만 바로앞에 공사를 하고있어서, 좀 시끄러웠던 단점이 있습니다

The room is a little smaller than what I expected. I stayed in room# 501. I had difficulty in taking shower because the water pressure was very weak. The location is very good. 10minutes walking distance from Lafayett Gallery and Printempt department store. Near the hotel, there are so many restaurants you can enjoy.

위치가 메트로와 가까워서 아주 편했다. 주변에 식당 및 마트도 위치해 있고 호텔 내의 요리 설비도 좋았다. 다만 샤워기에서 찬물이 나오지 않아 수리를 요구하였으나 떠나는 날까지도 아무런 조치가 취해지지 않은 점이 아쉽다. 다시 파리를 방문한다면 또 예약을 하고 싶다.

Location is perfectl. You can reach everywhere by mtero and within walking distance there are many restaurants, supermarkets , famous Galeries Lafayettes and Opera Garnier. Even on rainy days, you don't have to be worried. In front of hotel. there is great Passage, which let you can enjoy another Paris without being wet. Room is perfect. Every utensil is wondeful and big windows and good appliances are truly impressive.Last but not least, staff are really nice and freindly. However, if you have long hair, I recommend considering bringing your own. :D

Es una buena ubicación y habitación espaciosa para ir con niños pequeños, pero costo/beneficio no me convenció del todo. Las fotos son mucho mejores que la realidad. Sé que en Paris el alojamiento es complicado pero dudaría en volver a Residence Nell, no es un NO rotundo pero lo pensaría antes de reservar.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. There was 24/7 concierge. The shops and metro were very accessible. Roissybus from Charles de Gaulle airport was within walking distance. The passages off Rue de Faubourg Montmartre were intriguing.

Plenty of cafes, patisseries, markets immediately outside the apartment. Walkable to everything! Air conditioning worked great!

The hotel is located in a noisy neighborhood, with people talking late into the night. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise. The breakfast offered limited variety. On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient to many businesses and the room was cleaned daily.

Just what we needed: perfect location, safe, clean, comfortable, great AC, suite had everything you might need…. Would stay again in a minute!

The hotel’s location in the 9th arrondissement is convenient and fairly walkable to many attractions. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The sofa bed was very old and offered minimal comfort, while the main bed felt like a sheet of plywood with no cushioning, resulting in severe back and side pain and very poor rest (worthy of one star on its own). At check-in, we received an inexpensive bottle of Chardonnay as part of the so-called “VIP booking,” but this gesture did little to offset the overall shortcomings. The kitchenette included a small fridge, a stove that did not work, and a coffee maker with only two pods provided—additional ones had to be purchased. Despite booking for four guests, only three dingy towels were supplied. Many lights in the room did not work, adding to the sense of neglect. The walls were dirty, with hair stuck in multiple spots, which made it feel unclean. Noise was also a major issue: the pub/restaurant downstairs stayed open late into the night, and the adjoining room setup meant every sound from neighbors carried directly through. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far below expectations.

The pictures and reviews were VERY misleading. The room smelled of mold and my wife had an allergic reaction. Place was dirty and felt very unsafe. We arrived from a long flight from the US and tried to take a quick nap. But we had no choice but to check out after only a few hours. We informed the manager and he refused any credit/refund of our 5 days that we paid for.

There are pros, the price is good for what you get, you have a small kitchen and the spa e is great but the rooms are very noisy because you have bars around and you can hear all noises, they wake you up very early, you do not have black out shades, and when someone burns their food you can smell everything and alarm sound loud everywhere. La fayette Galeries are near but not that near like 15 min walking and a metro station is also there.. I would have prefer chosen another place..

Mucho más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos y personal muy poco cordial

This was a lovely apartment hotel located in the arts and culture district of Paris. It was walkable to lots of food options and supermarkets/groceries which made it convenient especially traveling with children. Room was like a mini apartment perfect for our family of 4. Reception was always friendly and helpful. My husband said we will stay here again.
