Es una buena ubicación y habitación espaciosa para ir con niños pequeños, pero costo/beneficio no me convenció del todo. Las fotos son mucho mejores que la realidad. Sé que en Paris el alojamiento es complicado pero dudaría en volver a Residence Nell, no es un NO rotundo pero lo pensaría antes de reservar.

The hotel’s location in the 9th arrondissement is convenient and fairly walkable to many attractions. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The sofa bed was very old and offered minimal comfort, while the main bed felt like a sheet of plywood with no cushioning, resulting in severe back and side pain and very poor rest (worthy of one star on its own). At check-in, we received an inexpensive bottle of Chardonnay as part of the so-called “VIP booking,” but this gesture did little to offset the overall shortcomings. The kitchenette included a small fridge, a stove that did not work, and a coffee maker with only two pods provided—additional ones had to be purchased. Despite booking for four guests, only three dingy towels were supplied. Many lights in the room did not work, adding to the sense of neglect. The walls were dirty, with hair stuck in multiple spots, which made it feel unclean. Noise was also a major issue: the pub/restaurant downstairs stayed open late into the night, and the adjoining room setup meant every sound from neighbors carried directly through. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and far below expectations.

The pictures and reviews were VERY misleading. The room smelled of mold and my wife had an allergic reaction. Place was dirty and felt very unsafe. We arrived from a long flight from the US and tried to take a quick nap. But we had no choice but to check out after only a few hours. We informed the manager and he refused any credit/refund of our 5 days that we paid for.

There are pros, the price is good for what you get, you have a small kitchen and the spa e is great but the rooms are very noisy because you have bars around and you can hear all noises, they wake you up very early, you do not have black out shades, and when someone burns their food you can smell everything and alarm sound loud everywhere. La fayette Galeries are near but not that near like 15 min walking and a metro station is also there.. I would have prefer chosen another place..

This was a lovely apartment hotel located in the arts and culture district of Paris. It was walkable to lots of food options and supermarkets/groceries which made it convenient especially traveling with children. Room was like a mini apartment perfect for our family of 4. Reception was always friendly and helpful. My husband said we will stay here again.

Our room was perfect: the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, stove worked perfectly, and bathroom was modern with perfect water temperature. There are so many nearby food options, but my personal favorites were the bakery and candy store right across the street. Plus, the little cafe right next door has great cocktails! Even better, we were able to access the whole city by metro, never more than 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. This is a gem of a location!

El hotel esta muy limpio y a pesar que ya tiene sus años se ve que lo cuidan bien, la habitacion amplia, sabanas, almohadas limpias y de buena calidad, la cocineta es funcional, y debido a que el desayuno es demasiado austero y te lo llevan en una reja previa peticion dia a dia y es a base de pan, te, cafe y jugos y algunos complementos, pues hay varios minisupers a una cuadra y media para comprar huevos, jamon y fruta para lograr un desayuno mas completo.... definitivamente por el precio que tienen podrian ofrecer un mejor desayuno.....ahi si quedan a deber la verdad..... El personal amable, excelentemente situado, hay muchos restaurantes al rededor, Grand Boulevards esta a 3 cuadras y ahi esta el metro y multiples restaurantes y atracciones... si mejoran el desayuno si vuelvo la verdad...unico punto a mejorar

El hotel esta muy limpio y a pesar que ya tiene sus años se ve que lo cuidan bien, la habitacion amplia, sabanas, almohadas limpias y de buena calidad, la cocineta es funcional, y debido a que el desayuno es demasiado austero y te lo llevan en una reja previa peticion dia a dia y es a base de pan, te, cafe y jugos y algunos complementos, pues hay varios minisupers a una cuadra y media para comprar huevos, jamon y fruta para lograr un desayuno mas completo.... definitivamente por el precio que tienen podrian ofrecer un mejor desayuno.....ahi si quedan a deber la verdad..... El personal amable, excelentemente situado, hay muchos restaurantes al rededor, Grand Boulevards esta a 3 cuadras y ahi esta el metro y multiples restaurantes y atracciones... si mejoran el desayuno si vuelvo la verdad...unico punto a mejorar

Very nice hotel. Wonderful air conditioning and accepted last minute reservation. (Moved hotels because hotel Tinah Champs Elysees was a nightmare! Still no refund. Rooms had no Air conditioning temp if 88 degrees)
