When we arrived at the hotel around 4 pm, but we should wait .. and the taxi to the airport we asked , they forgot .. service is not like peninsular !

새로 레노베이션 되어서 아주 깨끗하고 좋아요

이 호텔은 정말 아름답고 더없이 럭셔리 합니다.호텔앞에 매일 맥라렌, 람보르기니등,슈퍼카와 롤스로이스가 즐비하더군요.가족여행으로 이용했는데 럭셔리 침구와 드레스룸이 인상적이었습니다.다만 전기시스템에러로 이틀동안 방에 TV가 나오지 않아 불편했는데 이에대한 사과를 하지 않는것이 어이없었습니다.매일 프리미니바도 좋았고 룸에 프린터나 사무용품이 완벽히 구비되어있어서 잠깐 잠깐 업무보기도 좋았어요.전체적으로는 투숙객을 위한 모든 서비스가 완벽에 가깝습니다.다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Ottimo albergo, tra i migliori di Parigi! Se non il migliore. Unico piccolo neo: al momento del check in, la signora addetta, senza che io avessi chiesto alcunché, mi propone una stanza di livello superiore di quella prenotata con un sovrapprezzo ( scontato, così mi dice) di euro 400 a notte. Al che, io rispondo di essere interessato all’upgrade, ma a titolo gratuito. Mi dice che non è possibile. Mi chiedo: qual è il senso di forzare un upgrade a pagamento, senza che nessuno avesse mai chiesto ciò.

My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!

Perhaps the most comfortable hotel in Paris.

The mattress had one very deep, worn area on each side, once you rolled into it, you were stuck there for the night. They left dirty dishes in our room for our entire four nights stay, which they didn’t remove until we asked. Except for the croissants breakfast was very underwhelming.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was probably the most attentive and friendly of anywhere we stayed in Paris. They really make you feel like VIP guests and take extra care to make sure your every wish is fulfilled. Would definitely stay here again

The property is great, bed is comfy, towels are plushy and delicious, cleanliness is amazing and the hotel staff were very nice but the restaurant was highly disappointing. I am unfortunately rating the hotel based on the restaurant experience as well. The one part that was completely unacceptable on the hotel's part is that I had amenities delivered to our suite twice during my stay that included an allergen for me and when I expressed this at check out, the answer I received was, "It would have been better if you had let us know yesterday." Well, it would have been better if the hotel had read all of the notes on my profile as they were fully aware from weeks beforehand and in writing. Also, I felt very ill during my stay so calling In-Room Services was not a priority and I should not have to be the one pointing this humongous mistake out if I have already given the hotel the information. This is particularly dangerous if you have children! Regarding the restaurant, when I ordered the 40 Euro "Exotic Berries" plate which was simply a tiny plate (size of a handful at best) of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, it came with visibly moldy blueberries. Also, part of Wait Staff was very rude.

Great property

Overall the property was excellent including location, condition and the amenities. However, one thing that was lacking was a warmth from the staff especially from the front staff. They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.

It’s a phenomenal hotel. Luxurious, service is second to none. Possibly the best hotel in all of Paris and all of France. It’s close to La Arc de Triumph and easy to get to anywhere in the city. The dining room was tastefully decorated in elegance and opulence. Very comparable to the nicest Four Seasons if not better.
