Great location and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a little thin, but the cappuccino machine was the best! Also, if you try and chech in before noon even though your room will be ready be prepared to pay an extra $120 usd......terrible policy! Overall, nice place though especially if you are going on a cruise as its literally across the street from the pier.

Very nice staff at the front desk and the room was clean and comfortable . They let me leave my bag and take a shower before leaving for my red eye flight

Quiet, clean and comfortable

Everything was clean and organized. Being within walking distance to the cruise port was a plus. Taxi from airport was 2,800 in local currency (most cabs require cash).

Room was clean, we were able to get into the room earlier than regular time. There was water in the fridge and that was appreciated. Great that we could store our luggage prior to going to the room and after we had checked out as we had 2-3 hours before we could check into our cruise ship. The toilet was a little strange as it was very high off the floor. I am 5foot 9 inches tall and when I sat on the seat, my feet were about 5 inches off the floor. Never had that experience before (lol). My wife is shorter than me. She almost needed a boost to get on . Despite that, we would stay again. Room was quiet despite that we were right downtown.

I love the location,but the staff at the front desk they where not friendly I will definitely not come back to this hotel for that reason.

Impecable, bien ubicado frente al puerto, llegamos por una noche para tomar un crucero, y aunque la habitacion no estaba lista nos ofrecieron esperar en un salon con agua, cafe, jugos y wifi. El aire acondicionado excelente!

The staff at the Mai Tai Express Hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They quickly called taxis for us when needed, and had a luggage storage room. The room is not large, but is adequate in size with a generous bathroom and nice shower. There was a room safe, electric teapot and refrigerator. The breakfast was expensive for what it is, and there are many close by options for less than the $32 a person. The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was very quiet. The location was excellent being in walking distance of the cruise terminal, shopping mall, and good restaurants and coffee shops. We stayed there before and after our cruise, and would stay there again.

Room was very clean. We stayed in 412 , it was quiet. Enjoyed the nice shower. Its a 5 minute walk to Ocean cruise terminal. Good mini fridge and easy to operate safe. Several restaurants very close, however, better and somewhat more relaxing selection near Burger King & McDonald's.

Good, clean room with air conditioning. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower worked, but could have been better.
