악셀 호텔 베를린 - 어른 전용

장점. 직원들은 친절했음. 따듯했음. 위치도 트램에서 5~6분거리라서 좋았음 단점. 방안에 드라이기,냉장고가 없었음. 드라이기 리셉션에 아침에 시간이 없어서 못물어봤지만 물어보면 제공했을지도모르겠지만... 암튼 방안엔 없어서 머릴 제대로 못말리고 나감 청소는 겉으로보면 상태는 좋았으나 머리맡 테이블이랑 다른돗에 먼지가 그대로였음. 손님들이 다 게이분들이였음 여자가 나혼자라서 당황함.이런거에 예민하신분들은 피하는게 좋을듯.

Staff were amazing, my room had a bathtub which I always enjoy when in a hotel, location is perfect although technically not in the centre, Berlin has many districts all very accessible from this hotel. If you are gay then this hotel is perfect for many bars etc. around. The station is a 3 min walk. The rooms are super quiet and proper black out curtains if you crave darkness, nice spa on top floor also. My only negative comment is there no bar, however there are plenty around.

Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne, Zimmer sind ausreichend groß aber wenig einladend. Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gering.

I had read previous reviews about unwelcoming staff / unfriendly atmosphere. well I can absolutely say that couldnt be further from the truth. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Always a friendly smile and polite chat from the staff. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you could ask for. They are also cleaned daily if needed. The facilities are also great the spa area was a perfect wind down after a long day out exploring. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be booking a break here again in the new year.

The ac in the room wasn’t working and there was a weird smell in the room. The facilities in the hotel are not great. Small gym, the door of the sauna not getting closed and Bad smell in the wet sauna. Need to improve the facilities.

Veldig nær KaDeWe så det er lett å bruke penger innen kort omkrets. Ligger i det kjente homsestrøket, så det er mye kultur rundt om. Hotellrommene er en smule mørke, noe de fleste synes å like mens jeg syntes er litt mørkt. Viftene bråker litt mye

L’ambiance

Why this hotel is so popular amongst gays, I don't know. It's not really worth It's price. A room with no fresh air, an airco smelling temporarily to foul eggs, food smell probably from the restaurant below, a breakfast buffet not remotely matching the advertisements for it they've posted everywhere, a bathroom door not closing properly and a safe not working at all. Staff were efficient but slow. There are definitely better hotels in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in with me to know if I were comfortable checking in.

Great location, friendly staff. The rooms and amenities need a little refurbishing though. Unfortunately no showers in the spa when I visited, and the mattress was worn out in my room.

So where to begin !! Rude staff at check in firstly Waited untill after check in time for a room that was not even clean !! No towels in the room and a door that would not close !! So the spa area and gym area Dirty no towels here either Toilets dirty over flowing ! Breakfast well this is a joke !! Sat down for 20 minutes whilst the waiter was sat on the bar flicking through Grindr rather then approaching me and taking my order I was there for 28 minutes before a girl came over to take my drink order Then another 5 minutes later the staff came over and laughed saying do you want to eat ?? Well this was a joke and the breakfast choice honestly you would get better in a hostel !! So I raised these concerns to the reception who told me to send an email rather then deal with the situation there and then !! I have pictures of all the things to document !!

Very good location, friendly staff. Good room and bed. I liike their SPA facility. However the bathroom and toilet is together. After showering, the water didn't flow into drainage, so it caused the toilet floor wet all the time.

Had a great stay there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice with a great bed and was very clean. There is a mini bar but i didnt use it and all things seem to have been thought of for however you would like your stsy. Everything is walkable and lots of bars and eating places nearby. Woukd definitely come back again.
