The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is so cozy and comfortable. If you travel to Salzburg, I recommend this hotel. Bad Reichenhall is close to that city and there is so cozy. Almost restaurant and market is close to hotel and so good price and taste. Hotel's swimming pool and sauna is also good.

작은 마을 가운데 있는 작은 호텔. 주차시설도 잘 되어 있고,호텔 객실은 좀 오래되어 욕실이 좀 좁았지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 친절하고 아침 조식 체인 호텔보다 좋았습니다. 아이들 놀이방도 있어 저희 아들 짧지만 즐겁게 놀았구요. 그리고 여기 오실 때는 꼭 수영복을 챙겨오세요. 투숙객들이 수영을 많이 하고 객실에도 수영 타올이 타로 비치되어 있습니다. 현지인들이 쉬러 많이 오는듯 해요. 한번 더 와보고 싶은 곳입니다

경치도 좋고, 깨끗하고 친절함.

The room on the first day was terrible with flies and insects in the room. However, they changed the room on the next day. In the middle of the forest and the park in front. The swimming pool was decent and very nicely managed. Owns a quite big playground so that my daughter could play well there.

Super Lage zur Altstadt und zur Therme perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen

We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre.

Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Großes und tolles Frühstücksbuffett. In der Skybar kann man abends gemütlich noch einen Cocktail trinken. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Schwimmbad

Ein Aufenthalt in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - welches leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schade dass das Fitness im Keller ist, dass das Hallenbad schwierig zu erreichen ist, das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wird und somit die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden konnten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit ist da, die Zimmer geräumig das Badezimmer sehr einfach. Frühstücksbüffet gut, parking gut gelöst und sehr freundliches Personal! Preis-Leistung müsste man sich überlegen

In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. I didn't book an accessible room, so why wasn't I given a choice. The garage was rather dark, my wife didn't like it there. And finally sone of the upstairs hallways were dingy too, certainly some better LED lighting would help. That said, food was really good, although we only had breakfast, huge selection and tasty, staff were always very helpful.

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit freundlichem hilfsbereiten Personal in ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich und ausgewogen.

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig ,das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Frühstück war super, Abendessen Menü war jeden Abend unterschiedlich, auch Suppe war dabei. Für die parken waren die Stellplätze entweder vorne, oder hinten zur Verfügung. Kann man auch im Tiefgarage parken. Parken hat 10€ pro Tag gekostet, auch Bademantel haben auch was gekostet 2€ pro Tag. Die Hausschuhe 2 Euro Hat alles gefallen und die Kinder waren zufrieden

Zeer mooi en gezellig hotel ook voor kinderen met het zwembad en sauna speelhoek kamer waren proper niks op aan te merken ook zeer lekker ontbijt meer dan genoeg keuze een dikke👍

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich höflich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, alles war fußläufig erreichbar, die Parkanlagen sehr gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Gute Lage, ruhig, guter Service, Zimmer sauber (2-Tage-Reinigung), Frühstück ausreichend (kein Spiegelei, kein Toast, kein Fisch), teures Abendbuffet für 4Sternehotel dürftig, z.B. Beilagenauswahl 3: gebratene Schupfnudeln (Rest vom Vortag?), vegetarische Klöße und Kartoffeln in Paprika-Tomatensoße vermengt, Schwimmbad ok

A very well located hotel for us to explore the area of both Germany and Austria! Excellent breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday. We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive. Between this and city tax, it added an extra €100 to our bill on check out for a 6 night stay. There is absolutely no alternative in the area for parking and even €5 per night would have felt more acceptable. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely stay again, despite my points above.

Soweit war alles schön und sauber. Das Personal überall sehr freundlich. Nur das Abendbuffet war für Familien nicht gut. Sonst war alles super.
