Sehr unruhig Hotel Gäste am sonsten Top Zimmer neu eingerichtet

The rooms are very small, but the breakfast is great, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to Barbarossaplatz train station, and within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and laundromats.

Nice basic hotel in a relatively central area of town.

Goed hotel. Vriendelijke personeel en prima kamer. Wel erg warm op de kamer en moeilijk koel te krijgen.

Everything worked ok.

Fint og praktisk hotel tæt på centrum. Serviceminded personale og god morgenmad. Meget lydt og sengene er ikke ret behagelige at sove i mere end et par dage.

Aufenthalt war durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut. Die Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsachse in Köln ist nicht so schön oder für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Good location in the city with a short walk to everything you may need. Really small room with even smaller bathroom though. Comfortable bed and okay breakfast buffét.

I got there before 3pm, at around 12:15 or 12:30pm, and the staff very nicely told me that unfortunately there weren't any rooms available. However, I waited only 20 minutes, and the front desk immediately told me a room was ready and I was able to put my stuff down before heading over the the Gamescom convention center. The room was spacious and clean, enjoyed my stay there

The room was a little small but otherwise all good

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was too weak during the heat wave.

Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein. Das Frühstück war gut.

Good location, not quite as central as the Ibis Koeln Hbf but still very convenient with the university nearby as well as tram stop Barbarossaplatz and rail stop Köln Süd. You can get decent deals here when the Ibis Koeln Hbf hotel is sold out. Interior design is the new Ibis design launched in the 2010s so it has been refurbed not long ago. But very hot rooms in the summer though, it seems aircon is only available in parts of the hotel. Also, tiny bathrooms.

So unhappy, there was no air conditionner in any rooms and I specifically booked this hotel because on their website is says AIR CONDITIONING , well its not true, they only have fan systems and that is not working, guest were complaining it was 32 degrees in the rooms, the staff at the reception are trying to find all excuses, that they have it but its not working or its working in some rooms but they dont know which one, I ask for a refund , they refused , I ask they to transfer me at another Accor hotel with air conditioning and they also refused, they are basically laughing at you , even the reception was so hot you could not have a drink at the bar, my first time with such a bad service, I will write a letter to customer relations.

Ein viel zu kleines Bad.

Dyrt og småt/skrabet. 1100 kr for et kabine værelse. Man skal bakke ind på toilet og bad. Brusehoved gammel og slidt, medbring din egen sæbe til bad, for det er noget fortyndet der er tilrådeligt. Sengene er korte, så er du over 190 cm. er det ikke særlig bekvemt. Hvis prisen var 700 kr. Passede det til kvalitet.

O carpete no chão do quarto é um ponto muito negativo. Nos dias de muito calor, faz falta um ar condicionado.
