래디슨 컬렉션 호텔, 베를린

Wir haben dieses Hotel besucht, um unsere kürzlich erfolgte Eheschließung zu feiern. Nachdem wir im Voraus erwähnt hatten, dass es sich um einen besonderen Anlass handelt, wurde unser Zimmer wunderschön dekoriert. Dadurch konnten wir einen wirklich unvergesslichen Tag verbringen. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Good hotel and location in Berlin. Ok price

A very strange 5-star hotel experience... Their main restaurant was closed on Monday, and the only other place to eat was the hotel bar. I asked the staff to book a massage for me, but they simply pointed me to a QR code, which didn’t work. There seemed to be no other way to book, such as calling the spa directly. When I eventually went downstairs to the spa to ask how to book, they gave me a completely different website. It also turned out that the spa is run by a separate company and is not actually part of the hotel. The spa facilities themselves are tiny and crowded. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff at reception, as there was almost always a queue. Another thing to be aware of is that around half of the rooms face the inner courtyard, which is quite dark. We had one of those rooms, and it felt dark inside pretty much all day. The hotel itself is beautiful, though, which makes all of the above even more disappointing for a 5-star property.

I loved the location. Walking distance to museums and other attractions.

Esperava mais de um hotel 5 estrelas! Roupa de cama ruim! Toalhas ruins! Café da manhã razoável!

Adoramos a estadia. Ótima localização próximo da catedral de Berlim e dos museus. Hotel incrivel. Ótimo café da manhã. Quartos muito bons. A área do Spa é incrível também. Contaria fácil.

En virkelig lækkert hotel. Central placering, venligt personale og rengøringen var helt i top.

Todo estuvo espectacular. Mi unica queja es que el aire acondicionado en la habitación nunca enfría, solo refeesca un poco. Muy difícil para dormir.

Pent hotell veldig sentralt i Berlin. Jeg kommer tilbake til dette stedet.

Kjempe hyggelige ansatte og meget koselig lobby. Frokosten var også kjempe god med et bredt utvalg!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal war hervorragend und das Design der gesamten Hotels war top.

Prisklassen var högre än snittet, frukosten ingick ej, och priset för frukost var hel enkelt inte värt det(20 Euro per person, 40 Euro för ett par per dag) Var bättre och billigare att äta ute istället. Trevlig personal! ”Spa” bestod av en liten pool och två bastur, men inga bubbelbad. Jag skulle inte kalla detta för spaavdelning då utbudet inte är tillräckligt överhuvudtaget, men bra med två bastur iallafall. Kaffe på Hotellet var gott!

The hotel itself is really pretty, and the location is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is absolutely superior and definitely worth the extra few dollars. The only downside here was that the rooms are very dark. Even with my blinds completely open, it was still kind of hard to see inside and had like a depressing vibe. But ultimately, everything else about the hotel was pretty dope.

Café da manhã muito bom, equipe de funcionários boa com exceção de um que se comprometeu em resolver o problema do ar condicionado e não resolveu nada. O hotel é bem localizado

Ich würde mir ein wenig live cooking beim Frühstück wünschen oder z.B. auch andere Ei-Gerichte wie Eggs Benedict. Auch wäre es toll wenn für eine Buchung inkl. Kind 7 Jahre ein Hinweis oder Willkommensgruss wär. Vielleicht in Form eine er Karte mit dem Thema: Dies bietet das Hotel für Kinder an.

Sehr gut schallisoliert und klimatisiert!

Well located. Excellent food.

This location is excellent for seeing a lot of things close by like the Brandenberg tour, the radio tower a lot of museums, and you can easily walk to any subway to each other other destinations

Disappointing Pros: Great lobby Excellent location. Good breakfast Cons: Check-in: Early to arrive we were grateful to leave our bags. We were told "good news, your booked Junior Suite with a view should be ready by 2pm, earlier than expected" Returned at 2, told to come back at 3. Exhausted from flights & our walk after dropping our bags, we opted to wait in the hotel lobby. At 3 on the dot, we went to checkin and saw a number of people had already been checked in and were getting bag assistance to their rooms. By the time someone checked us in a Junior suite with a view was no longer available and no-one was available to assist us with bags .Our room was >200 steps from the elevator with a carpeted corridor impossible to roll cases on. Not a good start for an already exhausted couple in their seventies with 2 large and 2 carryon Our room looked out onto a wire fenced vacant lot of overgrown weeds. Called reception re distance to elevator and no view and was told no other Junior Suite was available, as it had been a very busy Friday check-in afternoon and those with a view were taken earlier ahead of our check-in. Housekeeping: A dirty plate with chocolate sauce and crushed nut decoration remained uncleared for the duration of our 3 night stay. Comfort: The suite has a sitting area, but the sofa/fold out bed used prior to our arrival would not fully fold back together. The seat kept falling away at the front. It was impossible to sit on. Very disappointing
