Location is good

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufrichtig und ich möchte ihnen eine hohe Bewertung geben. Das beste Frühstück war gut.

비싼만큼 좋은곳

Simply put, it was the best hotel I have ever had in. I very much liked the antique mood of Calton Berlin.

매우 훌륭한 호텔 주차장을 찾기가 조금 어려웠는데 그것을 제외하고는 별다른 불만이 없을 정도로 좋았음 다만 커피메이커나 캡슐커피 등이 방에서 제공되었으면 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 듬

좋은 위치에 있는 좋은 호텔 흠잡을 곳이 별로 없었음 다만 아침 조식에 채소가 별로 없다는 것과, 방마다 커피메이커가 있지 않다는 점은 의아했음 그 외에는 매우 좋은 호텔이었음

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings hat man vergessen, das gebuchte Zustellbett aufzustellen. Dies musste dann bei Ankunft nach 1 Uhr morgens erfolgen. Auch die Verdunkelungsvorhänge waren kaputt. Das Hotel kam uns für diese Umstände mit einem kostenlosen Frühstück auf dem Zimmer und kostenlosen Getränken aus der Minibar entgegen, leider war das Frühstück nicht vollständig und wurde beim Check-out versehentlich berechnet. Der Aufenthalt dauerte nur 2 Nächte trotzdem erfolgte keine Reinigung des Zimmers trotz mehrmaliger Bitte. Es gab kleinere Mängel an der Einrichtung wie z.B. abgesplitterter Marmor an der Armatur im Badezimmer. Das Personal war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich, nur empfand ich den Aufenthalt insgesamt als etwas chaotisch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig und die Lobby sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für den guten Ruf des Hotels, hätte ich mir einen reibungsloseren Ablauf gewünscht.

As you would expect from The Ritz everything was excellent, but it was the small details that really impressed me. Like the bags I left with them before check in, were already taken to my room when I did check in. The cool scented towels in the gym and the speed of the in room dining was very impressive.

Property was beautiful

Absolutely divine stay. The room had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the sauna and spa. The staff were friendly and welcoming and available to help us at all times. The location was prime to all Berlin had to offer.

The hotel is outstanding, the staff is extremely friendly. The shower is terrible.

Good central location. Poor service. We had to carry our own luggage to our vehicle. Nobody at the front answers the phone. Breakfast was okay. Would not recommend. Chris Carter

I highly recommend this property. I never write reviews, but this was so spectacular I had to comment. The room was very large by European standards, had a great shower without the half door that so many European hotels have and had a huge soaking tub. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight for us, one of the nicer ones I've seen anywhere. And the hotel staff, especially the concierge, was enormously helpful. He even helped me get a last-minute ticket to the Berlin philharmonic in an incredible seat. The hotel is perfectly situated to see the whole city. Definitely a five-star experience.

Hatte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht - bekam ein Zimmer zum Innenhof - ganz in einer Ecke. Bedienung im Restaurant - Hervorragend - Frau Kressini - Frau Heinz

Overall excellent hotel. The Club Lounge was outstanding and I strongly recommend that anyone staying at this hotel avail themselves of the Club Lounge. My one critique of the hotel is that the service staff in the hotel breakfast room is understaffed and the breakfast service is not very good. Consequently we started having breakfast in the club lounge, where the service was always superior and the pastries and breads were fantastic.
