아크로지알리 비치프론트 호텔

나는 13개의 룸을 예약했다. 호텔은 오버부킹을 받아 한친구는 다른 호텔에 숙박을 했다. 전체적으로 해변이 접해있고 10개의 방은 문제가 없었으며, 그 중 4개의 방은 아주 좋았다. 나머지 2개의 방은 변기가 막히고, 화장실에서 아주 나쁜 냄새가 나서 컨플레인을 했더니, 호텔측은 아주 불친절하게 대응을 했고 우리 잘못이라고 했다. 체크인하면서 냄새가 나고, 에어컨이 작동을 안한것을 호텔직원이 안내하면서 확인을 했는데도 불구하고,,, 물론 다음날 다른 메니저가 사과는 했지만. 정말이해가 되지 않는다.

As soon as we opened a door we smelt so bad and the air conditioner was not working. We have already complained but they didn't make any apology. They charged me with a fault. A manager opened the window after he entered the room then he said he could not smell bad. Additionally, he got angry because he thought the air conditioner run down because we opened the window. Is it possible?? Their attitude were so terrible for their guest. We were really disappointed even though four-star hotel.

바다쪽 숙소였는데, 숙소에 들어가자마자 테라스를 통해보이는 바다에 너무 기분이 좋았습니다. 시간이 있을때마다 호텔 앞 썬베드에 누워서 바다를 바라보는 시간이 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 체크인,아웃시 항구에서 무료픽업을 해줘서 정말 편하게 다녀왔습니다:-) 버스는 5분거리에 있는데 6시까지밖에 운행을 안한다는 점이 약간 불편했지만 미코노스타운에서 택시로10유로정도로 올 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들은 저의 서툰영어에 천천히 설명해주기도 해서 정말 감사했어요:-) 다음에 미코노스에 또 간다면 아크로기알리에 다시 묵고싶네요.

기알로스 해변과 바로 연결 되어 있고 미코노스 타운으로 갈수 있는 로컬버스 스테이션이 인접해있어 정말 좋은 위치의 호텔이었습니다.

Nice hotel, great beachfront access, great location, easy to take the bus into town for $2. We were here in October, so much quieter, while we really enjoyed the hotel and area, the noise at night is crazy. I do not know what goes on, but the hallway and noise from the hotel is very very disruptive.

The place is excellent. Breakfast is amazing!!! Staff super friendly!!! The only thing that towels needs to be replaced but everything else was perfect! I will come back again to this place. The bus stop is right outside!!!everything else is PERFECT!!!!

This hotel made our stay in Mykonos absolutely terrific ! The hotel was Beautiful and very well maintained! The staff was some of the best service we got in all of Greece and were extremely helpful with calling taxis for us ! The food was great as well ! We would recommend this hotel to anybody !!

Beachfront was exceptional, staff and service great, area was peaceful but still plenty of dinner options around. Food at the onsite restaurant was huge and good. Rooms were clean and had everything you need with comfy beds and pillows. Will definitely come back !

Outstanding staff. Beautiful location.

The hotel staff were wonderful. Every single person was genuinely nice and helpful. The location was perfect, the beach and sand in front of this specific hotel was clean and smooth. The bottom floor ocean front balcony suite were beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The bus stop was right outside the hotel and was perfect to go to town. The hotel shuttle picked up and dropped off from port which was nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Really good!

Great hotel - rooms, location, beach with included sunbeds, breakfast. In fact the breakfast was the best of the total of 5 hotels we stayed on on the islands. Hot and cold choices and fresh fruit including strawberries which we did not see anywhere else. Rooms are very good in size, cleanliness, bathrooms, and ample storage. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Easy and quick bus ride into town. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

One of the most special places I’ve ever been!! From pick up at the airport to the second we arrived at the front desk, we loved every minute of it. Maria at the front desk was fantastic and so was the gentleman serving the beach loungers. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The beach was breathtaking. The bus stop is close by - just around the corner. Our room was clean and bright and faced the ocean. We will absolutely be returning.

Great location with a very greek and chilled vibe to the property. There isn’t a proper restaurant on-site, but plenty of restaurants and bars are located right next door and all around the property. The beach and sea are excellent. The only downside to hotel, is that the hotel’s private beach section is always full by 9 a.m. However, the nearby hotels, restaurants and bars have their own much bigger private beach sections with a much wider choice of food and drinks—you just need to pay for the loungers.

Amazing and friendly staff, very nice service, helfpful and uncomplicated. The beach is right in front the hotel. Good food and nice rooms. Good restaurants nearby. Free sundbeds (although little less space). Overall highly recommend this hotel!

Superou e muito minhas expectativas. Quarto novo, confortavel, limpo. Cafe da manha, o melhor de todos os hoteis que fui, superou ate do navio da Royal Caribbean. Suco de laranja natural, waffle feito na hora... Atendimento matavilhoso. Local, nao poderia ser melhor. Na praia mais bonita de Mykonos. Fiquei com receio de nao conseguir espreguicadeiras na praia, pois diziam gratuita mediante disponibilidade, mas mesmo no auge do verao, conseguimos com tranquilidade. O atendente do Hotel nos ajudou tambem no primeiro dia que chegamos tarde. Proximo de um mini mercado e de otimos restaurantes. A comida do Hotel tambem é muito boa. Para ir a cidade o ponto de onibus é ao lado. Tem taxi boat na praia para levar a outras praias. A praia é tranquila, sem muito tumulto. Agua transparente e muitonlimpa, mar calmo. So é fria infelizmente como em toda a Grecia, se compararmos ao nordeste do Brasil. Brasileiros nao estao muito acostumadas a agua fria. Porem estava bem melhor do que a agua do mar de Corfu que é bem gelada. Resumindo, hotel perfeito em tudo, nao poderia ser melhor. Agradeco a equipe do Hotel tambem, muito preststivos e simpaticos. Nota 10 em tudo.
