나는 13개의 룸을 예약했다. 호텔은 오버부킹을 받아 한친구는 다른 호텔에 숙박을 했다. 전체적으로 해변이 접해있고 10개의 방은 문제가 없었으며, 그 중 4개의 방은 아주 좋았다. 나머지 2개의 방은 변기가 막히고, 화장실에서 아주 나쁜 냄새가 나서 컨플레인을 했더니, 호텔측은 아주 불친절하게 대응을 했고 우리 잘못이라고 했다. 체크인하면서 냄새가 나고, 에어컨이 작동을 안한것을 호텔직원이 안내하면서 확인을 했는데도 불구하고,,, 물론 다음날 다른 메니저가 사과는 했지만. 정말이해가 되지 않는다.

As soon as we opened a door we smelt so bad and the air conditioner was not working. We have already complained but they didn't make any apology. They charged me with a fault. A manager opened the window after he entered the room then he said he could not smell bad. Additionally, he got angry because he thought the air conditioner run down because we opened the window. Is it possible?? Their attitude were so terrible for their guest. We were really disappointed even though four-star hotel.

바다쪽 숙소였는데, 숙소에 들어가자마자 테라스를 통해보이는 바다에 너무 기분이 좋았습니다. 시간이 있을때마다 호텔 앞 썬베드에 누워서 바다를 바라보는 시간이 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 체크인,아웃시 항구에서 무료픽업을 해줘서 정말 편하게 다녀왔습니다:-) 버스는 5분거리에 있는데 6시까지밖에 운행을 안한다는 점이 약간 불편했지만 미코노스타운에서 택시로10유로정도로 올 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들은 저의 서툰영어에 천천히 설명해주기도 해서 정말 감사했어요:-) 다음에 미코노스에 또 간다면 아크로기알리에 다시 묵고싶네요.

기알로스 해변과 바로 연결 되어 있고 미코노스 타운으로 갈수 있는 로컬버스 스테이션이 인접해있어 정말 좋은 위치의 호텔이었습니다.

Wow—what an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The beach is literally steps away, and the crystal-clear Aegean Sea is right beyond the rows of loungers. It couldn’t be easier to spend the day relaxing by the water or swimming in the beautiful, calm sea. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large closet, a roomy bathroom, and a shower with amazing water pressure—a luxury after a day at the beach! The complimentary toiletries were also excellent quality. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with charming Mykonian-style walkways lined with flowers, and we loved having our own patio to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. One of our favorite things was being able to stroll along the beach to nearby restaurants and markets. It was also so convenient to catch the water taxi from the beach to explore other beautiful beaches around Mykonos. Getting to Mykonos Town was quick, easy, and inexpensive. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, making transportation effortless. Finally, the provided transport to and from the ferry port was extremely beneficial. We would absolutely stay at Acrogiali again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos. Thank you, Acrogiali!

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach . You can catch local bus next to the property to get to the town which runs every 30min .

The staff was amazing. The beach is perfect. The restaurant next door is amazing. The only negative is that the pool is at another hotel up the hill.

Our room is the prettiest I’ve ever stayed in. We loved this hotel as we’ve been there 3 times. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast in the morning is the best, and the bus to get to Mykonos town is very convenient. The hotel is gorgeous and right on the beach. We love it here

If I were to come back to Mykonos, I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean, beachfront with full service on the beach (no need to go to another beach unless you want to explore). The all you can breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of choices and all the specialty coffees are included. Another neat feature is the complementary pick up and drop off to the airport. The beds are comfy, I had a great night sleep because the mattresses and ability to adjust the AC were excellent. Lastly, there is a cool mini hike that you can take to Paraga beach, Pinky Beach, SantAnna and Scorpio’s, all within a scenic and cool walk. The bus stop to Fabrika where Mykonos town is located is only a 2 minute walk, take the public bus!!! All the tourists are taking it and it’s only 2.20 euros, there is Uber but they charge $45-60 dollars for any distance. Very safe, I traveled with teens and had no concerns, everyone is nice and happy to have tourists. Truly no need to pay a ton for transportation. The food in Mykonos is a 10 out of 10… we had tons of Greek food and one night of the best sushi at Tokyo Joes. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!

Excellent hotel! Right on the beach. The staff is amazing! Always friendly and very helpful. Transportation at arrival and departure was great. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spacious and had balcony with view of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. Would not hesitate in the least to stay here again.

I can say enough about the hotel, great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and a beachfront that is one of the best on Mykonos. You feel welcome from the time you walk in the hotel until the time you leave. I can’t wait to come back.

Super schönes Zimmer, Frühstück genial, Liegen am Strand sehr bequem. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen wieder.

Absolutely amazing. The best spot and the staff are so friendly. The rooms with Seaview are a must. What a place to wake up! Strongly recommend this hotel. Loved it!

Hotel was great location. Our two bedroom was great for Family. The daily buffet breakfast was extremely good. All Staff Totally Outstanding. Beach area was so amazing. Sports Bar Café food all very delicious and served so nice. Highly Highly recommend the hotel Acrogiali.

Wonderful location on the beach with a full hot breakfast. Thank you George for pickup at airport and all the information on the island. Greeted at entrance by Yvan very friendly to carry our luggage up many stairs. Pantelis working on the beach went above and beyond for service and kindness. Front staff ladies lovely. I would return and recommend this resort. Bus stop outside entrance to go to Fabrika. Many shops bars and restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable beds.
