전체 평가 및 리뷰 Acrogiali Beachfront Hotel

나는 13개의 룸을 예약했다. 호텔은 오버부킹을 받아 한친구는 다른 호텔에 숙박을 했다. 전체적으로 해변이 접해있고 10개의 방은 문제가 없었으며, 그 중 4개의 방은 아주 좋았다. 나머지 2개의 방은 변기가 막히고, 화장실에서 아주 나쁜 냄새가 나서 컨플레인을 했더니, 호텔측은 아주 불친절하게 대응을 했고 우리 잘못이라고 했다. 체크인하면서 냄새가 나고, 에어컨이 작동을 안한것을 호텔직원이 안내하면서 확인을 했는데도 불구하고,,, 물론 다음날 다른 메니저가 사과는 했지만. 정말이해가 되지 않는다.

As soon as we opened a door we smelt so bad and the air conditioner was not working. We have already complained but they didn't make any apology. They charged me with a fault. A manager opened the window after he entered the room then he said he could not smell bad. Additionally, he got angry because he thought the air conditioner run down because we opened the window. Is it possible?? Their attitude were so terrible for their guest. We were really disappointed even though four-star hotel.

바다쪽 숙소였는데, 숙소에 들어가자마자 테라스를 통해보이는 바다에 너무 기분이 좋았습니다. 시간이 있을때마다 호텔 앞 썬베드에 누워서 바다를 바라보는 시간이 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 체크인,아웃시 항구에서 무료픽업을 해줘서 정말 편하게 다녀왔습니다:-) 버스는 5분거리에 있는데 6시까지밖에 운행을 안한다는 점이 약간 불편했지만 미코노스타운에서 택시로10유로정도로 올 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들은 저의 서툰영어에 천천히 설명해주기도 해서 정말 감사했어요:-) 다음에 미코노스에 또 간다면 아크로기알리에 다시 묵고싶네요.

기알로스 해변과 바로 연결 되어 있고 미코노스 타운으로 갈수 있는 로컬버스 스테이션이 인접해있어 정말 좋은 위치의 호텔이었습니다.

This was the perfect place with beachfront luxury in every way. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and incredibly polite. I will definitely be returning to this magnificent hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and right in front of the beach as advertised. The staff was super friendly and willing to help with any requests. They picked us up from the port free of charge and provided transportation back to the port at the end of our stay as well. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Very knowlegeable staff

Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. The view from the hotel is perfect with direct access in front to the beach. Complimentary transportation, breakfast, and umbrella/chairs. They got it all right, thank you so much for making it such a great experience in Mykonos. Will definitely book with them again.

This is my go to property when visiting Mykonos. The staff at the Acrogiali go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need during your trip. The hotel in conveniently located on the beach and has an excellent beach bar and the breakfast is delicious! I look forward to visiting the hotel next summer !

Loved being right on the ocean and we had a sea view room which made the over all ambiance perfect. This hotel also offers complimentary beds at the beach and a large delicious breakfast.

Right on the beach with easy access to Mykonos town by bus!

Un viaje de amigas que se disfrutó mucho. La ubicación, la atención, la playa, todo!

4th time in Mykonos and this hotel was perfect. It’s right on Platis Gialos beach and the staff are very attentive. AC worked great and the shower had good water pressure. Rooms are pretty basic, but nice overall. The beach is incredible with no cruise ships in sight. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. A few excellent restaurants to choose from on both sides of the hotel. Great for families or couples - I’d definitely recommend.

We stayed a week at Acrogiali hotel for my birthday and it was pure joy! The staff was very welcoming, everyone was friendly and polite. The beach staff prepare the sunbeds every morning, we never had any issues to find a pair free. The beach is stunning, the water crystal clear but you can also use the swimming pools and sunbeds at their sister hotel. The breakfast is delicious, have options for everyone, the bed comfortable. The bus to the town is very handy and in 15 min you are in the old town. Only cost €2 per person and it is literally 3min from the hotel. It can get busy during dinner time but in September we didn’t have problems to get in the bus. We certainly recommend this hotel and wr are talking about coming back next year. Thanks all for the lovely stay!

Very accomodating with great servIce! Beautiful beachfront property

Beautiful hotel, beach views from room were amazing. Large variety for breakfast and rest of the meals were much more economical than other restaurants on the boardwalk. Will definitely return and encourage friends to enjoy Mykonos at this hotel as we did.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet Hôtel, tout été parfait. La chambre propre nettoyer chaque jours, avec un jolie petit balcon, une très bonne literie, et un lit bébé pour notre petite fille. L’accueil la gentillesse de tout le staff confondue est incroyable, serviable, disponible, d’une gentillesse! Mention spéciale pour Eva la réceptionniste pour qui m’a petite fille a eu un vraie coup d’état coeur. Le beach front est parfait, transat et serviette à disposition chaque jours. Le petit déjeuner copieux, et le restaurant de plage parfait pour du snacking. Nous reviendrons!!!

Hotel was very nice, the beach service was great as well and the breakfast was very complete.
