Clean room but tiny gloomy shower room. Very poor breakfast with awful coffee and stale cereal.

Πας να ξεκουραστείς από ενα ταξίδι και γίνεται φοβερή βαβούρα στο ξενοδοχείο. Ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια μηδέν...

I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant.

Loft room furniture not positioned pratically. Bed under roof window making it hotter and uncomfortable during 38 degree days. Air con not cooling enough. However nice and clean and staff lovely.

Fridge really took a long time to cool things down. There were no glasses in the room. Reception closed at 4pm so no way of getting things sorted. Apart from these points, a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.

Bien situé, calme, déco sympa, bonne literie mais salle de bain minuscule avec cabine de douche très petite. Petit déjeuner simpliste. Personnel sympa mais nous n avons eu aucune info sur le fait que la réception fermait à 16 h!

This is the worst hotel that we ever booked, do yourself and your travel companions a favor, don't even think about staying at this hotel if you don't want a very unpleasant stay, customer service is terrible!

My stay here was near perfect except for one thing, the noise into the early hours for 4 of the 5 nights of my stay. I really cannot explain the banging, scraping and all manner of noise seemingly from the room above. This kept me awake until at least 1.30 am and impacted on the quality of my visit to the area. It was as if furniture was being constantly dragged around the room. Why would any other guest behave in this way ? I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels and NEVER encountered anything like this. I have doubts as to whether the same guests would be staying as long as I did ( most people seemed to stay 1 night) so that makes it even more strange. Apart from this I would have been delighted with my choice. Lovely room , lake view, albeit between the trees, good wifi and nice breakfasts.

Friendly personnel, very satisfactory stay!!! It was safe to park the car in the shade of an environmentally friendly roof of solar panels!

Ok pour une nuit en chambre familiale. Hotel un peu isolé. A 2km du centre ville env 20mn a pied. Photos plus glamour que la realité Confort correct sauf pour les lits d appoint Accueil sympatique

The staff were very helpful indeed when I became ill while staying at the Akti Hotel and needed to extend my stay. They were also able to provide assistance such as ordering takeaway meals and taxis

Great people. Nice location just in front of the lake. Very clean rooms. The only bad thing I could find (not easy to find) would be the shower being small.

The location of the hotel was great and the service was very good. They have several measures in place to make it a safe as possible against COVID-19. The furniture and the general look of the room was a bit dated.

El hotel parece nuevo, pero la ducha estaba rota y sucia. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero es un paseo agradable a orillas del lago. La recepcionista era muy simpática.

Good 3 stars hotel, extraordinary staff and service, excellent location, beautiful view to the lake, good room, reasonable price. Need to equip the kitchenette [for instance a kettle would be nice] and diversify the breakfast.
