The room is roomy and clean. The hotel has several private parking spaces, however street parking is available too. The staff was helpful in resolving a door code issue over the phone. Although the hotel is slightly further away from the acropolis, but it is manageable by walking. Definitely it would not be an issue if you have a car as free public parking is available just outside of the castle walls. What we like most about its location is that a nice supermarket is only 750 meters away.

Stayed as a couple in early April 2026. Very welcoming and kind staff, spacious clean room with partial lake view and a terrace with nice outdoor seats and table. Shower needs refurbishment - tile grouting refresh and fixing gap in plastic closure that allowed water to leak on the bathroom floor. Not in control of the host, but rooms are not well sound proofed another guest one floor above was walking in the room in high heels around midnight which was quite disturbing, so pack your earplugs. Breakfast was compact, but had all essentials for continental with an amazing spanakopita (spinach pie) - with option to sit outside on the terrace as well. Private gated parking on the property was very convenient as well as coded entry to the room / common area. Very nice place, close to the lake and walkable to town centre.

Lato negativo: è un appartamento, non un hotel . Al posto delle chiavi si utilizzano dei codici e manca il personale in sede.
Il parcheggio auto è piccolo e le manovre risultano rischiose.

Καλό θα ήταν το παιδάκι (εγγονάκι) μάλλον της ιδιοκτήτριας του ξενοδοχείου να του κάνανε κάποια παρατήρηση να μην κάνει φασαρία από τις 14.00 που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο μέχρι και μετά τις 16.00 επίσης να βρουν έναν άλλο τρόπο να επικοινωνούν με την καθαρίστρια από το υπόγειο μέχρι και τον τρίτο όροφο και όχι να φωνάζουν. I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant.

Loft room furniture not positioned pratically. Bed under roof window making it hotter and uncomfortable during 38 degree days.

- Καθαρά δωμάτια- καθημερινος ελεγχος και καθαρισμος.
- Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό.
- Κοντα στο κεντρο της πολης αλλα και σε ησυχο σημειο
- Εχει θεα στη λιμνη απο καποια δωματια
- Νερο στο ψυγειακι complimentary

-το ιδιο ατομο ειναι υπευθυνο και για την υποδοχη και την εξυπηρετηση του πρωινου.

Fridge really took a long time to cool things down. There were no glasses in the room. Reception closed at 4pm so no way of getting things sorted.
Apart from these points, a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.

Bien situé, calme, déco sympa, bonne literie mais salle de bain minuscule avec cabine de douche très petite. Petit déjeuner simpliste. Personnel sympa mais nous n avons eu aucune info sur le fait que la réception fermait à 16 h!

My stay here was near perfect except for one thing, the noise into the early hours for 4 of the 5 nights of my stay. I really cannot explain the banging, scraping and all manner of noise seemingly from the room above. This kept me awake until at least 1.30 am and impacted on the quality of my visit to the area. It was as if furniture was being constantly dragged around the room. Why would any other guest behave in this way ? I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels and NEVER encountered anything like this. I have doubts as to whether the same guests would be staying as long as I did ( most people seemed to stay 1 night) so that makes it even more strange. Apart from this I would have been delighted with my choice. Lovely room , lake view, albeit between the trees, good wifi and nice breakfasts.
