The all inclusive package was a delight. We had a fantastic stay at the resort and travel to the main town was easy.

Lovely hotel, full of fantastic restaurants.

The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left all of the staff were lovely

The staff were phenomenal and very friendly. We were surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival and had an additional outdoor living area of our own. We enjoyed the spa and the dining experiences that Marbella offered. Would highly recommend this resort.

Loved the resort and how big it felt. Had a great private beach. My only comment was the reception ladies felt a little off 1/4 of the ones we dealt with seemed genuine and nice. Loved the a la carte restaurant kuzina

Our stay was great, most of the staff where excellent but a couple let the overall service down

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

We booked two one-bedroom bungalows with private pools (rooms 500 and 503) for a family celebration. Sadly, room 500 was a huge disappointment — the pool was so small it was unusable, and it was filthy on arrival. Within the first hour of check-in I was chasing reception, calling maintenance (who left muddy footprints in the room), and writing emails instead of relaxing. We never once used the pool, despite paying a premium for it. Communication from the front office was poor, with no follow-up from the manager despite repeated complaints. While a few gestures were eventually offered (dinner, massage, transfer), they did not make up for the fact that we paid for a service we couldn’t use. That said, some staff were outstanding: Niki at Kuzina (breakfast), Mo at the main pool, Ionna at Guest Relations, Mark at the water park, and Alexander, who finally helped resolve part of the issue. Their excellent service was the highlight of our stay. Overall, it’s a real shame, great staff in some areas, but a very disappointing experience with the accommodation and management response.

I have never written a hotel review before, however I feel compelled to write after my disappointing experience at MarBella. On our last night my family of 6 were moved into two rooms directly under the main restaurant. We heard scratching and scraping every time a guest moved their chair and especially when tables where moved. This was constant during restaurant open hours and cleaning afterwards which was 6-10pm and again from 7-12am during breakfast. We informed reception immediately to which they said they are aware of the problem and apologize. Neither myself or my children are noise sensitive whatsoever, but this was unbearable. When I requested to speak with management the next morning I was shuffled between staff and finally got an email that they will not compensate me despite being aware of the problem (many others had complained) and admitting it was unacceptable and charging full high-season price. As a result of this utter disrespect and terrible customer service I will now list the other issues with the hotel: 1. Not up to standard of cleanliness for a 5 star resort 2. Waited for 10-25 minutes for a table for breakfast and dinner at main restaurant every day. Admittedly it was probably during the busy hours but regardless there should not be that type of line to a restaurant (it was the only dining option for over half of the nights) 3. Many guests smoking in children friendly areas 4. Beer tasted like 5. Coffee very weak and watered down 6. I was consisten

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

Das Hotel entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Im Zimmer gab es Probleme, die wir gemeldet haben, aber sie wurden nicht gelöst. Das Personal war unzufrieden und uninteressiert. Ein großes Problem im Hotel sind die vielen Wespen – überall. Zwei von uns wurden am Strand von Wespen gestochen. Die Essbereiche am Meer sind wegen der Wespen geschlossen. Wir konnten weder das Hotel noch den Strandurlaub genießen.
