Food, drinks, service/staff = excellent Facilities need updating - the rooms, pool area and Sun loungers were not of 5* quality and not child-friendly (sharp, broken edges around pool etc)

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, die kleine Bar bietet leckere Snacks und Getränke, und die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand sind ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank Mitsis Maris!

Staff very friendly and happy-first time to Greece-because of the resort/staff we will be returning-We stayed in “The Villa” and it was absolutely amazing.

Es hat an nichts gemangelt, besonders die A La Carte Restaurants waren sehr gut. Der Manager hat meinem BVB Trikot Komplimente gemacht, daher beste wo gibt

Gemessen an 5 Sternen, die das Hotel offiziell hat. Strand- und Poolliegen sind schrecklich. Sehr unbequem und minderwertig. Großes Problem mit reservierten Liegen, sehr häufig der Großteil reserviert, aber häufig nicht in Anspruch genommen. Obwohl offiziell Reservierungen nicht gewünscht werden, wird durch das Personal nicht kontrolliert. Wird in anderen Hotels der Sterneklasse anders gehandhabt. Ist z.B. ein Problem, wenn man nach Ausflügen erst später an den Pool oder an den Strand möchte, dann ist alles reserviert (nicht belegt). Könnte eventuell auch daran liegen, das man sich Handtücher ohne Limit holen kann und dann einfach auf den Liegen verteilen kann. Speisen im Hauptrestaurant sind ausreichend, man wird satt, freut sich aber nicht auch etwas besonderes. Keine Duschen, leider nur Badewannen mit Abtrennung. Insgesamt eher durchschnittliche 4 Sterne, aber auch in dieser Kategorie nicht erste Wahl. Von meiner Seite aus keine Empfehlung und wir werden es nicht wieder buchen.

Property was very clean. Would not rate it a 5* as it needs a major upgrade which i believe is happeing for next year. Had no problems with food was something to eat everyday. The pan asia is really good and you can order asuch as you want. The greek brunch is good also and the greek a la carte. Pool areas do need some tlc, but i think everything as been put on hold for the refurb. The area around isnt great not much to do but their are buses taking you to lindos which is worth a visit and to rhodes town. Overall had agreat holiday and i think this hotel will be amazing once been refurbished. One of the villas was ready and it looked amazing Overall had a good holiday.

Polite and friendly staff. Great room and comfy bed, loved the balcony with sea view. Meal options were tasty and varied.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider von massiver Massenabfertigung geprägt, was den Erholungsfaktor deutlich geschmälert hat. Die Strandbar machte durchgehend einen ungepflegten und verdreckten Eindruck. Anstatt gemütlich einen Drink genießen zu können, musste man sich regelmäßig in eine lange Schlange einreihen und teilweise 15 Minuten warten, bis man endlich bedient wurde. Für eine Anlage dieser Größe und Preisklasse ist das einfach unzumutbar. Auch die Liegen am Strand waren eine Enttäuschung: billig verarbeitet, unbequem und absolut unpraktisch. Von Entspannung konnte darauf kaum die Rede sein – eher das Gefühl von Sparmaßnahme auf Kosten des Komforts. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt waren die à la carte Restaurants: Obwohl sie angeblich im Preis inbegriffen sind, waren diese schon bei unserer Ankunft für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes ausgebucht. Dadurch blieb uns nur das Hauptrestaurant, das stark überfüllt und laut war – eine Atmosphäre, die eher an eine Kantine als an ein Urlaubsresort erinnert. Insgesamt wirkte vieles lieblos organisiert, ohne Rücksicht auf Qualität oder Gästekomfort. Wer Erholung, guten Service und etwas Exklusivität sucht, wird hier wahrscheinlich enttäuscht.

Essen war ok. Strand war Sauber aber die liegen ungemütlich. Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel

Recently stayed at this resort as part of a 10yr anniversary so we had around 30+ of us staying in the hotel. Although prior to arriving there was a lot of liasing with the staff at the hotel it seemed they were a bit overwhelmed with having so many guests from one party. Food was average - desserts and the Greek restaurant served the best food. Having been to several different all inclusives previously, this is the first where you had to book for lunch, there wasn’t much leeway there either despite most tables being empty. The manager and check in staff and bell boys were lovely, the staff in some of the restaurants and in particular the ice cream parlour were rude - you almost felt bad asking her for an ice cream. There were no pool activities whilst we were there during the day. The entertainment in the evening was also average. Rooms could do with a little renovation. Overall I wouldn’t say it’s a 5star but probably more 3 to 4 star.

On arrival the hotel & reception felt very inviting, but sadly that’s where it ended. The rooms were okay, cleaned daily but in need of refurbishment. The buffet food was standard for an all-inclusive, though repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were much better—less hectic and more enjoyable. Disappointingly, there was little daytime activity. We never saw staff by the pool engaging guests or promoting activities. The pool itself was odd—shallow on one side but dropping to over 3 meters on the other, which may explain the lack of pool games. The sunbeds were uncomfortable metal mesh; they shifted when you sat and often slipped if they didn’t catch properly. The best part of the hotel was the staff. The pool bar team were fantastic, always friendly and hardworking, as were those tidying up around the grounds. The main bar staff were equally great, especially a cheerful lady whose name I didn’t catch. Special mention to Simon, the manager, who was always happy to chat. He mentioned a major refurbishment is planned, and if the villa he showed us is any indication, it will be a huge improvement, but no doubt this will affect the pricing

What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday. Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine.

Wir hatten leider einen doofen Start in diesem Hotel, da man uns einfach in eine andere Zimmerkategorie eingeteilt hat und nicht auf unsere Wünsche von der Buchung eingegangen ist. Babybett wurde nicht wie von uns darauf hingewiesen bereitgestellt und anstelle von Bungalow Gartenblick hat man uns im Obergeschoss plaziert. Leider konnten wir spät abends nicht mehr umziehen...Am nächsten Tag konnten wir aber sehr schnell in unser Wunschzimmer. Alle haben sich stets bemüht und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage, in der man wunderbar geniessen und sich erholen kann. In unmittelbarer Strandnähe, in der viele Liegen zur Verfügung stehen. Tolle Strandbars inkl. sauberen Toiletten. Sehr bequeme Betten aber die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (vorallem im Bad). Vielfähltige Buffetauswahl. Hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr Familienfreundlich aber mit Buggy eher umständlich, da es immer wieder Treppen gibt und diese nur mit grossen Umwegen vermieden werden können. Trotzallem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Mitsis Rodos Maris, l’hôtel est globalement propre, le personnel est aimable, et la plage est magnifique. Cependant, certains points ont clairement gâché l’expérience : • Le service au bar de la plage est très lent, même lorsqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. Il faut parfois attendre plus de 15 minutes pour un simple cocktail. • Au buffet, la variété des viandes est très limitée. On retrouve souvent les mêmes plats, ce qui devient vite répétitif, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. • Le restaurant à la carte de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis de vraiment profiter du moment : tout a été expédié en 20 minutes entre le plat et le dessert, sans réelle ambiance ou attention. • Côté piscine, il y a un sérieux problème de gestion des transats. Beaucoup de vacanciers déposent leur essuie très tôt le matin, certains n’y viennent même pas de la journée et ne récupèrent leur essuie que le soir, ce qui rend très difficile de trouver une place, même à des heures normales. L’hôtel a du potentiel, mais il devrait vraiment faire un effort sur la gestion des espaces communs et la qualité de l’expérience culinaire. Dommage pour un établissement de cette gamme.

If you want to go into main town and you dont drive you will suffer on them buses. Hotel prices are ridiculous, buffet food is terrible. Staff arent very friendly. The room is not luxury in any way.
