La vista è il punto forte, davvero spettacolare! Il personale è gentilissimo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è un altro punto forte. Camere semplici, ma pulite. Unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione. Discreto il ristorante.

The rooms are always spotless and the staff always go aboveboard to help you get the best out of your stay. I absolutely love the balcony terrace which has lots of different spaces, a great view and cooling breeze. After check out you’re made welcome to continue to enjoy the facilities (we had an excellent smash burger for lunch) while we waited for our taxi to the airport. It is one of St George’s hidden gem hotels.

Had an amazing stay here, would 100% recommend. The bay house itself is gorgeous, rooms are clean and there’s always lots of beautiful brightly coloured fresh flowers on the tables and around the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Probably the best service and most friendly staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We have a 9 month old boy and they were so great with him too, they really went above and beyond with us and our boy and made our first family holiday extra special. The hotel is on a very steep hill, we didn’t walk it and we are quite fit and live somewhere quite hilly, but this is something else! But the view from the top is spectacular! The free beach shuttle is at 10am and brings you back at 3pm, but you can always get a taxi back later with Annie and stay down at the beach for longer which we did quite a few times. Beautiful people in Grenada, felt safe everywhere, amazing hotel, so sad to be back at home! Thanks again to the Bay House xx

The room was super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. My flight was canceled because of the snow storm and the front desk staff Dornell helped me secure a room for the next day.

Room was comfortable and staff were incredibly kind. Food was great and had stunning views. Great location on the island. This hotel had such charm it was beautiful.

La cuisine était parfaite. Le chef a su s'adapter à mes contraintes alimentaires et a pris en considération ma demande lors de ma réservation. Le personnel, Donnell a été d'une grande gentillesse en me proposant des activités adaptées à mes attentes, toujours à l'écoute et disposé à vous aider. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to see the other rooms in the hotel and that was nice for them to show us around. We will definitely stay here again.

Donnell was the best for me as far as customer service. He knows his job and an answer to questions asked. Con was the wait time for room and not being picked up on time from the airport.

Good for a one night stopover

We really loved staying at the Bay house. Gorgeous views (got to see the sunset!), spotless rooms (we stayed in a romantic suite tucked away from other rooms) and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is about 10-minute walk on a steed road but there is a shuttle to and from the beach. Highly recommended!

Really enjoy the Grenadine Breakfast Was there for eight days. Ordered it about five times. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would suggest renovating room four but all in all was a wonderful stay.
