Breakfast menu needs improvement. It's mango season, u show not tun oug of mangoes. Have to cater for ppl thst will come down to Breakfast closer to 10am.

Clean rooms with good spacing, pleasant staff, beautiful views and a good size pool with floater devices available for guests to use. The food options for lunch and dinner were excellent. The lobby area was kept spotless. The art work in this hotel was extraordinary.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t have a sea-facing room, but I still relished the breathtakingly beautiful views from The Bay House terrace. I sat there for hours to enjoy the morning sun and the beautiful sunset in the evening. The hotel staff were really helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service right from the moment I arrived and until after I checked out. I say that because when was dropped-off at the airport by Annie, I accidentally left my phone behind in her vehicle. Waiting in the flight check-in line is when I realized that I didn’t have my phone on me and I somehow managed to make a call to the hotel by borrowing someone else’s phone. The hotel staff were quick enough to coordinate with Annie who drove back to the airport to hand over my phone. Overall, great experience and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, excellent staff. The view is beautiful. It needs some maintenance mainly in the common areas but very nice for the price point.

Overall, ee enjoyed our stay and most of our meals at The Bay House. The breakfast experience could be enhanced by expanding the continental options to include bagels and spreads such as cream cheese. Ensuring consistent cooking standards across all staff would also help improve the overall dining experience. One breakfast dish was overly oily and not to our liking. That said, the male cook did an excellent job—my husband’s steak was cooked medium well, exactly as requested, full of flavor, and the lobster was cooked perfectly. With additional training and support, the female cook has the potential to provide a more consistent experience.

I LOVED my stay at Bay house, it’s like an oasis of calm, the views are insane, the staff were lovely, food is great and I had potentially the best massage of my life. Wish I had longer there

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bay House. The property is so beautiful and all staff members were so friendly and extremely helpful. The area was quite peaceful and I definitely enjoyed the scenery along with the shuttle service to and from the beach. I would definitely visit again.

Our stay at The Bay House was brilliant! I had booked through hotels.com and expected an adequate stay for our final night in Grenada. When we arrived, we were awed by the beautiful property, amazing views, friendly staff, and great food. We also enjoyed the display of beautiful paintings by a local artist. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when my travels take me to Grenada.

Beautiful property

The rooms were spotless with beautiful views. A special thank you to, Britanni who was our Bartender and our dinner waitress. Food was excellent. Thanks to the very helpful & friendly front desk, Donnell & Yoland. This spot was a great way to decompose & relax after a long day of travel. The next day, they had transportation to the all-inclusive we were staying at. We will stay here again.

The view from almost anywhere in the hotel was spectacular. The pool being open 24 was great, however we did not use it. The free shuttle to and from the beach is great because the hotel is located up the hill. The staff were very polite and friendly.

From the moment of checkin to departure, the Bay House Experience is very well orchestrated! You are warm.y welcomed and your every wish is granted! The rooms ar contemporary and minimalistic and cover every need. The staff is caring and delightfully cheerful. It is the best value fro accommodations on the island!

The property was wonderful, the view was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the service was efficient. I experienced two main issues:- 1. I requested the airport shuttle for my arrival. I was told the driver would be waiting for me at the airport with sign bearing my name. The driver never showed. Another shuttle driver at the airport noticed I was there for a whole and offered me a phone call. When I got in contact with the driver named Annie, she informed me she was unaware of my pick up and then stated that maybe she didnt check her msgs and then proceed to tell me 'you can just take another taxi'. I was flabbergasted at the dismissal. The hotel was notified and they informed me that she was in fact sent the information. Nevertheless that was quite unprofessional and did not reflect well on Bay House. Maybe they would need to consider utilizing a more reliable shuttle service provider. 2. The bathroom, although clean and spacious needs to be updated. It felt more like a facility shower rather than a hotel room bathroom. It should be modelled to match the estate house esthetics. The mirror above the face sink was also inappropriate as it appeared to be a vertical mirror used horizontally so your image was skewed. The lighting was also insufficient and there were no plugs in the bathroom Another positive note, the second driver recommended by the hotel was absolutely the most efficient and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and nice view. The area is not walkable but the free shuttle to and from the beach helps with transport. Will stay again.

Drink option were good. Damien made me a drink as a substitute for the "Bayhouse Refresher" which wasn't available. The drink he made was excellent. Damien was extremely friendly. Ladies that worked at the front desk were also extremely friendly. The Hotel itself was beautiful, with the most spectacular views. The open layout is very inviting and lounge chairs were very comfortable as well. We spent time in the pool at night and enjoyed the changing colors of the water. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay for the 1 night we needed.. staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Our first time visiting Grenada and it would not be our last time. We had a driver her name is Kanya she’s awesome, knowledgeable, safe and provided great service to anywhere we needed to go(HIRE HER FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION NEEDS). Thanks to The Bay House staff for everything!
