호텔 머시

Nada de mantenimiento en la habitación estuvimos 3 días y nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto ni votaron las basuras ni nos dieron papel ni jabones , la cama de la habitación súper incómoda, no tiene ni aire acondicionado ni abanico. La vista es buena y los desayunos buenos también

La habitación estaba bien, limpia aunque los pisos si estaban un poco sucios. Las cobijas olían a humedad. El desayuno sabía bien, aunque sentimos que estaba muy pequeña la porción. Sin embargo, el personal muy atento y bueno

Lugar cómodo y lo más importante es que la construcción es nueva

The hotel room was fine and having the free breakfast was really nice. We needed to communicate with them before we arrived due to a flight delay and we were hoping to get a partial refund for one night as it was refundable before a certain date and we couldn’t arrive on the date planned. However, communication with them was next to impossible, which was really stressful and so we couldn’t change the reservation. It was also really noisy outside the hotel overnight due to things beyond their control like fireworks, roosters, and dogs howling, but worth noting you might want to bring earplugs

The room was great

Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was okay. The hotwater was very slow running due to the shower head being electric (on demand hot water)

Por lo que respecta al restaurante si es que se le puede llamar así si no es en su horario para los desayunos ya no te atienden de ningún modo. En el restaurante impera la descortesía y desatención. 4. Me vi obligado a abandonar el lugar un día antes de lo previsto por el mar servicio del restaurante. 5. Me hicieron un cargo de un servicio que ya se encontraba pagado.

It was a very nice place very quiet. We got there after hours we were able to go in through the back door to the facility. We rang the bell, and the guy gladly came out to help us.

The hotel is nice and customer service is great. One downfall is that you must shower during daylight to get hot water. There is also not much insulation in the walls, and lots of barking dogs around. But for the price its a nice place.

This hotel is a great option with a top location. The room was big enough, the staff very friendly and the included breakfast was a nice feature. The town is tiny and you can walk anywhere, but we discovered a shortcut behind the property that took us to the pier, that was very useful on our way back to Panajachel.

Muy bien ubicada, la relacion. Precio calidad muy bien. El personal nos atendio muy amable, incluso nos permitieron guardar el carro 2 horas despues del Check out. Olvidamos un video juego y nos llamaron para devolverlo.

Better customer service. They don't have or don't know the information about the place. They're not professional. Improve the parking.

Room 1 has a good view of the lake and patio furniture for the perfect evening drink.

They overcharged for our laundry service by four times the amount. There was hair in the room on the floor like it was uncleaned. The front desk recommendation a company for indian nose hike that picked us up at the hotel. IT WAS a single man in a tuc Tuc that took us up the mountain in the dark. We walked up the mountain in the woods in the dark full of trash. He made us walk thirty feet of head going up the mountain and never even knew how to get to Indian Nose. Even though he said he does this every day.It felt like we were gonna be robbed until we told him we had a knife and knew how to fight and was a boxer. He was messaging people in the woods. And took us almost down the wrong path on the way back down the mountain and was holding sticks in his hand that were two feet long. We felt Very unsafe.

Staff was very nice and hard working. Breakfast was really good included with price of room but you can add to it for additional cost. It was well cooked. Very nice view. It seems they are renovating and expanding hotel. No AC or tv but the view was amazing
