Nice room, noisy clubbing area

Great location - easy to walk everywhere. Finding parking throughout the city is a challenge but the room includes a binder with information including a parking map.

Stay was great. Location was central, and access to amenities was great.

The stay was great. Loud music could be heard on Friday night until ~4am. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so it was manageable. Bathroom was small but worked. Location was great, but relying on a park house was unfortunate. Distance to popular Reykjavik destinations could not be better.

Very cozy property, quiet, clean, and centrally located. Owners were super responsive over email before and during our stay. Location can't get any better for Reykjavik. Would certainly stay there again.

Amazing time. Great host and great concept. Bed was comfortable. Only flag is bathroom is small and the bar downstairs if noisy, but for the location and price this place is hard to beat!

Beautiful and clean. It is right downtown Reykjvik, we could see the rainbow street from the terrace.

Worked well for us. Room B 11 is the bigger room but smaller than an American hotel room and is right at the corner of Rainbow Street. Enjoyed going to Sessions for beverage (just below the room) and the convenience of the kitchen across the hall. The room has hooks on both sides for hanging clothes (no drawers), a mini coffee maker with pods, hot pot, microwave, and mini fridge, very hot shower 👍. Although small… We didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t a big deal. It’s right above restaurants and near pubs so one night was fairly noisy but the remaining three were fairly quiet. Greatly appreciated the staff quick response time & friendliness. No elevator/lift so good to pack light🙂 and 100% can drink water from the tap.

Location was outstanding on rainbow street- yet the room was quiet. The kitchen and rooftop were a bonus - comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying in the private rooms.

Main thing There’s no parking for property you have to keep paying for three hours at a time in different zones tell 9pm when you can park for free. Outside of that room was nice host was easy to get in contact with if had any issues

Accommodating for a last minute booking. Great location, excellent service and beautiful place with a beautiful terrace. Loved our stay here!

This property is centrally located in downtown within walking distance of everything. The unit was small but had everything we needed. The only downside is that it’s above a bar which you can hear at night & there’s no private parking so we had to find public parking. I’d recommend this place to a quick, convenient stay.

This was great space in the middle of everything Reykjavik. Super easy to access dining and shopping, comfortable bed, clean unit and shared space.
