위치는 정말 좋습니다. 편안하고 친절하고 24시간 프런트가 운영해서 특히 좋습니다. 한가지 온수에서 유황냄새가 좀 많이 남니다. 그러나 가격대비 좋습니다.

늦은 시간 (새벽) 체크인이라 메일로 문의를 구함. 홈페이지에는 체크인 시간이 정해져있었으나 24시간 프론트를 운영하니 언제든 체크인하면 된다고 친절하게 안내해줌. 실제로 머문 시간은 얼마안되지만 프론트도 괜찮았으며 조식도 훌륭했음. 아이슬란드에서 이정도면 가성비가 좋다고 생각됨

가격대비좋음

호텔 직원의 첫인상이 매우 좋았고 친절했습니다. 위치는 올드하버 및 할그림스키르캬 근처라서 시내 구경하기 좋은 위치였구요, 방이 좀 작은게 흠이랄까.. 욕실의 샤워부스가 좀 작아서 샤워하기 약간 불편함이 있었지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 추천할 만 합니다. 근데 맨 끝방이라 와이파이가 안잡혔어요 ㅠㅠ

Ample free parking, excellent breakfast with friendly staff, comfortable bed. Close to food hall, walkable to everything.

My room was basic but comfortable. It had poor lighting by the desk, and the only power socket by the bed was in use for the bedside light. It was right next to reception, but it wasn't as noisy as I expected, however there was a noisy motor running all the time somewhere outside the hotel. The room description on Expedia says there is a "Safe", but there was no safe in my room. I chose this hotel for the free parking and the safe in the room. This is dishonest, so I am giving it a 2 out of 5 rating. Yes, I know there is a safe at reception, but that is covered by "Safe at front desk", which is in the Property amenities section. The room descriptions for this hotel on several other booking sites also say that the rooms have a "Safe" or a "Laptop safe", or a description which says "these comfortable rooms are appointed with a safe box". I will not stay here again.

Good

Very clean property. Close to dining options and very walkable to shopping and dining. Free parking is very limited, but street parking is easy to manage. Staff was very nice and breakfast option was a major convenience to start our day. Rooms are quite small but likely on par with others in this price point.

Location location location!!! This place is so close to downtown..you can see the Hallgrimskirkja from your room! Walking distance to the bay. Around 10 min walk to the main downtown. The food hall is next door! Breakfast is amazing! Staff are super friendly and super helpful! You will have a kettle with coffee and tea. Downside; parking! There's only about 12 cars can park in the back and 5 on the side of the hotel. However you can still park of the street. The walls on this hotel are thin so you will hear everyone talking. With that said, I will definitely stay again! Great hotel!

Cerca del centro caminando y tiene estacionamiento . Se escucha todo del otro cuarto la ducha es muy pequeña.

No wonder the hotel was so good; the breakfast was excellent

Very nice. Near Laugavegur. The worst I can say is small shower. Very nice place to stay for the two nights we were there.

Nice size room. Parking is a pain as you have to search for one all over the hotel vicinity. The hot water from the tap smells too strong of sulphur. We thought initially this is the norm, but upon moving around Iceland, found that it is only in this hotel where the tap hot watersmells really bad. Would also note that the coffee offered in the reception still has a cost. Would have expected that it should be free already as in most of the hotels elsewhere, and considering how pricy the hotel stay is already.

The employees were very helpful guiding us to restaurants and helping us with transportation. The hotel is well located for a short walk downtown or access to buses. We took a couple tours and the buses picked us up right around the corner. The beds were quite comfortable. There is a great coffee shop nearby called Reykjavik Roasters which we went to each morning so we didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel.

The parking lot was very tight, making it difficult to park a full-size car. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices.
