위치는 정말 좋습니다. 편안하고 친절하고 24시간 프런트가 운영해서 특히 좋습니다. 한가지 온수에서 유황냄새가 좀 많이 남니다. 그러나 가격대비 좋습니다.

늦은 시간 (새벽) 체크인이라 메일로 문의를 구함. 홈페이지에는 체크인 시간이 정해져있었으나 24시간 프론트를 운영하니 언제든 체크인하면 된다고 친절하게 안내해줌. 실제로 머문 시간은 얼마안되지만 프론트도 괜찮았으며 조식도 훌륭했음. 아이슬란드에서 이정도면 가성비가 좋다고 생각됨

호텔 직원의 첫인상이 매우 좋았고 친절했습니다. 위치는 올드하버 및 할그림스키르캬 근처라서 시내 구경하기 좋은 위치였구요, 방이 좀 작은게 흠이랄까.. 욕실의 샤워부스가 좀 작아서 샤워하기 약간 불편함이 있었지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 추천할 만 합니다. 근데 맨 끝방이라 와이파이가 안잡혔어요 ㅠㅠ

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel parking is small but parking in the area is free overnight so you can often avoid paying for parking. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room doesn't have mini fridge which was unexpected - plan accordingly.

The room was nice and spacious, location was great, free parking was nice. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying.

The staff at checkin were very helpful, esp Lexi, and attentive. I spent my birthday there and they delivered birthday gifts to my room. Breakfast was very good, all self ser e. One thing I didn’t enjoy was the shower system. It was a plastic curtains you wrap around yourself.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was great. Only a few minutes walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants.

This is quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. The staff primarily the front desk person, acted as if they were doing me a favor with any request that I may have had, for example, to call for a taxi. The shower had no drain basin, which caused it to leak and flood the entire bathroom floor. The water at this hotel smelled of sulfur, it was absolutely disgusting. I vomited from the smell! Just a horrible place would not recommend anyone!

The service was beyond great! And it always came with a smile. Five stars is not nearly enough.

the room was clean but just enough space. There are no counterspace in the tiny sink and the bathroom is too small. But the neighborhood is nice with easy parking and close to where we want to go. staff were very helpful and it has a good wifi.

Hotel room is simple but clean. The luggage storage is not secured. Easy access to major attractions in downtown. Close to bus stop 12 and 13. Many restaurants close by. Breakfast has many options, but same everyday.

Nice to have free parking, just be sure you get there early as it's limited. Staff was pilot, patience and helpful with our group! Will definitely be back.

Voy a ser honesto como español cuál ha sido mi experiencia en el hotel en primer lugar decir que los hoteles en Islandia en general son caros y este a pesar de ser más de 200 euros era un hotel que estaba bien eh tiene aparcamiento lo cual en esta ocasión dado que no alquilé coche no lo necesite pero dispone de él el personal era amable pero evidentemente no es extrovertido como puede ser en los países mediterráneos el desayuno no estaba mal pero era relativamente limitado luego la habitación era algo pequeña correcta simplemente y encontré un pelo en las sábanas algo no dramático pero ha remarcar además debes de estar prevenido que el agua caliente en Islandia es agua termal por lo que tiene un olor a sulfuro que puede ser desagradable para algunos

I’d stay here again, centrally located !

All was very nice and clean. Food was excellent. The only downside was that the shower was so small that there was no room to move and no place to put things like shampoo or conditioner. Similarly the bathroom could be improved with some shelving and more hooks.
