힐디브랜드 호텔

넓은 객실이라 좋았습니다. 다만 4층까지 계단으로 짐들고 올라가야만 했고, 방마다 등이 안들어 오거나 히터가 작동하지 않는등 소소한 문제들이 있었습니다. 가족들이 샤워를 끝내고 내차례에 온수가 안나와서 다음날까지 기다려야 했습니다. 전망은 아주 좋습니다.

두명이 사용하기에는 큰 아파트 입니다 오래되었지만 깨끗이 관리 하고 있습니다 침대도 편하고 일층은 레스토랑으로 맛있는 식사를 할 수 있습니다 불편한 점은 아무래도 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 이동해야 하는점 외는 좋은 위피와 편한 숙소 입니다

Hildibrand hotel was good place to stay, at least "the place". It was well equipped with nice and clean furnitures. We could rest in there well, but some staffs were really unpleasant. We arrived at the hotel very late, around 1 a.m., so we noticed this to the hotel in advance. They said that door's of our room would be opended when we arrived at there, but as you can imagine door was locked. We had to go back to the main entrance of the hotel, and check the note attached to automatic doors. There were two phone numbers on the note, and first number didn't even work. We had to call to the second number, and staff answerd the phone after one calling. He came to the hotel about 15 minutes after, until then we had to shiver with cold. We were already tired because of long and dangerous driving(because of the weather and time, there was absolutely no security of sight, and our right side was cliff), so we were thinking only about lying on beds, but this made us very, very fatigued, and angry. The staff who came for us didn't even said sorry to us. This was the worst experience among my entire Iceland journey. Plus, breakfast was nice, but the old lady was very rude, cause she acted like we wouldn't pay for the breakfast.

We arrived at 8:15pm. Nobody at the reception even if the check-in hours are until 10pm. Front door is closed. No check-in information on room number, key box provided prior to arrival or on site. Nobody answers to the phone number provided. Went by car to their other property, the cliff hotel, and same thing, Nobody at the reception, hotel and the reception are empty, no staff, nobody answers the phone. Tried to call hotels.com, they are not able to help as the management of the hotel is not answering the phone. Finally got someone on the phone by the 7th attempt and they gave us the room number and lock code without apologizing. No towels in the room, lock on the door does not work. Finally got someone to go over the Cliff hotel to send us towels. The employee apologized, said that several clients are complaining of the poor management of the hotel. Avoid booking this hotel at all costs. Would not book the Cliff hotel either, same inept management, no one at the reception or answering the phone.

Good location and good amenities in the hotel and room, only disappointed in on site laundry which the staff had to take care versus self service laundry

allt var bra utom att det inte fanns frukost. Trappan upp till rum 104,105 var lite trång och brant. I övrigt jättebra.

Herbergið og baðherbergi voru hrein og þrifaleg. Ekki var eldhús eða slík aðstaða. Útsýni var bara í næsu hús. Gott að gista.

This hotel is incredible! The prices are fantastic for what you get. I stayed in one of the apartments and the view is amazing, the town is quaint, and it’s very close to a beautiful hike. The staff was also very very friendly. I wish I had more time to explore, but everything was amazing!

Staff were very helpful and changed our room when we noted that one room had a dank smell to it. Lovely view of the fjord and waterfront.

Nous étions que de passage.. mais les Lits étaient confortable et nous avons pu cuisiner.

Roomy for a family of four and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great view as well. Very quiet.

Staff was unavailable most of the time. No information regarding how to access services like laundry, pool, etc

Nos encantó el depa, de muy buen tamaño y muy bien distribuido, con cocinera y restaurantes y tiendas enfrente. A parte una vista al lago divina

The best shower of my life! Next to Kohler Spa, this was the best shower pressure and heat I’ve ever had! It looks so unassuming.

Friendly staff, snacks for the kids, pool near by. It would be nice if the hotel had meals available.
