Unreliable, rude, unhelpful staff and shortage of towels. One staff said I can keep my luggage on the messages but that day there is no one who keeps my luggage. I called the phone. Another staff takes the phone, they can't keep the luggage and yelled at me that who is it( about keeping luggage). There are so many stories but it is too long story. Shortly l, they confused their policy and yelled at me but never apologizeed it. Lastly, I'm not a good English speaker. When I didn't undersatnd their speaking, they annoyed to me. I visited a lot of countries. No one has ever been rude to me for not speaking English fluently.

The check in time is too rigid. We arrived at the property around 10 am. The check in time is 4:00 pm. We were not even allowed to enter the building until after 3:30 pm. That happened after countless back and forth messages with the property management office. We had to carry our large suitcases around and roaming the streets for more than five hours. The location of the property is very central and convenient. The studio we rented is pretty clean and well equipped. It would be nice if there’s a microwave in the room.

The location is perfect for a Reykjavik base for your holiday trip. All the shops, restaurants are literally next to apartment. For proper Iceland exploring I recommend to rent a 4x4 car and go to waterfalls, geysers, thermal baths on golden circle locations. Nature is unique and one of a kind. Pricey place to eat outside and drinks are expensive too. Anyway we will come again someday here.

The room was perfect. Accessing it at 01.30 am took a while as we were very tired and couldn’t immediately find the entrance. It felt very secure and was a great central location from which to explore Reykjavík and very close to the pick up bus stop no. 9 for tours.

Bra lägenhet - bra sängar och köksutrustning. Saknade enklare rengöringsutrustning för att slippa sand från skorna vid ingången som ligger mellan sovrum, wc och vardagsrum. För mig är det alltid ett stort minus när hotellet inte svarar på en fråga innan avresa - så också här. Helheten får ändå godkänt.

Beautiful apartment suite. And amazing location. The walk to the church is about 10-15min. No free parking buuut...the street by the police station there is parking available.

Dirty. No door on 1 bdrm room therefore making it a glorified suite. Leak from ceiling. No way to reach property abt option for early check-in or issue w door. Battery on door dead and no one to help. No towels. Says toiletries..none!

Excellent location and view.

No coffee or tea in room and only shower gel. No shampoo or conditioner.

The property was very nice and clean. We had a problem with our check in, which was very frustrating at the time. They did give me a partial refund for receiving a down graded room. It was still nice, but the confusion at check in was very inconvenient. They did respond to my concerns.

Everything we needed. Prompt responses with communication. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Clean, convenient location, spacious, had all of the amenities that our family for 4 needed. Downside was that we had to find free street parking. Hint, parking near the commercial buildings were paid parking.

Great apartment complex in the city center. Just a few walking minutes away from all major shops & restaurants. Great kitchen & bathroom. The beds were very comfy. Overall it was very good value for money. Some people complained about the self check-in which was very easy & smooth for us. Would stay here again!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed, clean unit and good consistent Wi-Fi. No front desk or human presence and communication entirely via email, with prompt response. Very satisfied and wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Thank you.

This was our least favorite place that we stayed in Iceland. The hallways smelled funky, kind of like a grandma’s closet. The in-room guide said that we could request a complimentary refill of coffee but when we asked they said would not provide any. They do not have onsite parking which was unclear when we booked our hotel room. This was the least hospitable hotel that we stayed in.
