호텔 위치는 최고이고 스탭들은 매우 친절하며 방도 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다. 샤워실이 조금 작은 건 흠이지만 전반적으로 매우 휼륭합니다.

部屋はコンパクトで、大人2人では手狭に感じますが、泊まるには不便しないです。 エレベーターやエスカレーターがないので、キャリーケースを持ってフロアを上がるのが大変かもしれません。 部屋、水回りは清潔なのですが、海外のホテルということで、トイレと洗面台、シャワーが同じフロアにあって、使い方が難しいです。 朝食はほどよい種類で日本人の口に合う食事が多く、朝からたくさん食事を頂きました。

The location is great. There's a free parking lot across the road, it's right at the edge of the downtown with lots to see. We had a room looking out to the church. Staff were great and the breakfast was good as expected.

Nice enough hotel in a good position for access the town. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast/hotel lobby facilities were all good. The bathroom in our room was small, no space to put wash bags etc. Having a window at street level looking on to the church was also handy for seeing the Northern Lights, but also a little noisy with all the tourists. There are no lifts so we carried our suitcases up to upper ground floor room, but thankfully didn't have a room higher than that. Also the hotel is split into two buildings, so we were not in the same building as the lobby, which was not a major problem, but good to know. You get what you pay for and this hotel is not overly expensive for Reykjavik, so if keeping the costs down is important, then the position, cleanliness, staff, breakfast etc make it worth it, but its not that spacious.

Both reception staff Elena and I believe Michiko? were amazing! Very helpful and appreciated their professionalism. They tried their best to accommodate guest best they can. Excellent breakfast! Great location to must prime tour sights & meeting points for tour pick ups. Will definitely be back!

Amazing kind of roof room, very cosy and warm; sulfur water heals you right away; very tasty breakfast with Icelandic products so yummy yummy! Loved my short stay!

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hallgrimmskirche gebucht, in der ersten Nacht hatten wir dies auch. Das Zimmer war äusserst klein und es miefte sehr speziell. Für die zweite Nacht hiess es, dass auf unserem Gang kein Strom mehr vorhanden sei. Daraufhin wurden wir in den untersten Stock bei der Rezeption untergebracht. Das Zimmer war zwar grösser, jedoch hatten wir am Morgen der Abreise nicht einmal warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Beide Zimmer wirkten auf den ersten Blick relativ sauber, jedoch war beim zweiten Zimmer auf den zweiten Blick das Gegenteil der Fall. Fremde Haare im Bett, scheinbar Insekten (es hat Köder / Monitore unter den Betten) und wir Ausschläge am Körper. Alles in allem für den Preis eher sehr nüchtern.

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cute and cozy with private bathrooms and good heating. The breakfast was nice to have, especially in an expensive city that opens late. The 24 hour access to coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby was really comforting to have, especially with jetlag and being awake at odd hours. The location and the hotel felt safe. The only potential downside is that the hotel is on a main street so people walking by constantly are noisy but that didn't bother me.

Great location - very close to Bus Stop #8 which is a common pickup/drop location for most tour operators as well as walking distance to shopping district and other spots. Decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
